I wore this for six hours and it made an incredible difference in my knee pain. Yes, there are a lot of Velcro straps, but very easy to get it on, just takes a little longer than others. It is big, covers a large part of your leg, but I think that is why it is so effective. Definitely worth the time to put it on. I do have a different, smaller brace I use when getting a little more dressed up, and not using it a long time.
