Unboxing - Initial Impressions - Know the product
The product is not entirely what the images or description says.1. The box has no brand mentioned.2. Build quality and display is good, gets plenty bright with 3 brightness settings.3. Buttons are tactile and date/time are quite easy to setup following the instruction manual given in box.4. Takes 5V DC input to charge 3.7V cell. Battery is fixed, non-removable.5. Haven't performed a drain test. I kept it plugged-in throughout the day and plug-out at night. It keeps the date and time settings as long as battery lasts (next day morning atleast).6. Charging cable is provided. It is USB Type-A to DC round-pin connector. Length is same 1.2 metres as any smartphone fast-charging cable.7. Haven't tested the alarm yet since I would rather use my smartphone for that.8. On battery power, the display gets off after few seconds... But it will immediately wake-up with tap/touch or loud thud/clap. This might be little annoying, so better to keep it plugged-in (display keeps awake) during daytime at least.For first impressions, this seems like a good product, my only concern will be overall battery life / degradation over time, since it's non-removable like smartphone.

too bright, buttons not intuitive
The clock is too bright. Cannot be used as a bedroom clock. The buttons are confusing and not easy to understand. Unfortunately it does not have a return option. So I’ll probably give it away to someone.

Great value and looks good in my office
This is a great value. It looks very nice in my office. The numbers are easy to see and the color (rose gold) trim looks very nice.

Arrived broken, but I'm keeping it.
This clock has a glass face, and it was packaged in a very flimsy box, with one single layer of cheap bubble wrap, all sent in a cheap, non-cushioned plastic bag. The glass is broken. Thankfully the clock still works, so I removed the broken glass and hung it up. I have no intention of going through the hassle of returning it. It would just go in the trash, and that would be a waste. Aside from that, I like the way it looks. Simple and functional.
