I purchased this 3-step ladder to access our crawlspace, and it has exceeded my expectations. It is tall enough to reach the crawlspace opening but compact enough to not cover the entrance. The ladder arrived mostly assembled, and I only needed to attach the top handle. All hardware was included, even a small wrench, making assembly quick and simple. The ladder is very sturdy and feels safe to use. Rubber traction on the legs, steps, and handle grip provides excellent stability. The handle is high enough to hold until you are steady, and the safety clasp prevents the ladder from opening while carrying it. Opening and closing the ladder is smooth and effortless, without any stiff buttons or difficult adjustments. Despite its stability, the ladder is surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to carry and store. It collapses easily for transport or storage and takes up very little space. Considering the price, this ladder offers excellent value. It is well-made, safe, and convenient, making it perfect for home projects or tight spaces. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable, compact step ladder.

Really good quality ladder! Makes reaching things at the top of my garage storage much easier. Sturdy, but not heavy. Easy to carry around.

For my purpose I gave this a 5 star rating. The highest step is 27 inches from the ground. I wanted a compact step ladder that I could carry in my RV storage compartment. The steps are wide and stable . The upper hand grip is supposed to be installed with 2 bolts and screws on each side. I did not use these. I installed the upper hand grip using a small spring clip on each side. That way I can take it off and reduce the length when packing.

I gave 4 stars because the one problem I had with it, was that it was a bit Narrow width. It's light, easy to fold and store. The other thing was the top handle was a tad too low, so when you are on the top step and trying to balance, I had to bend down to grab the handle. It would be getter to give it another 3 or 4 inches. It's solid, good construction. I recommend this.

Great for household. Can now reach light fixtures, upper cabinets, etc. SAFELY!! Like the handle to steady your balance as climbing on it.

It's very easy to assemble and it works better than a charm. It is easy to store and is well designed.

This step ladder has been a game changer. I live full-time in a recreational vehicle (RV). My RV is similar to a lot of those currently on the market. They have a lot of storage; however, a lot of that storage can be very hard to reach (height). I'm 6 feet tall, yet there are a number of storage areas in my RV that I cannot reach safely. This step ladder brings all of these storage areas into play. The step ladder is sturdy and secure. It folds up into a small size that can easily be accommodated inside the RV but is easily opened and set up. Vert pleased!!!

I had a feeling this would be a good ladder and I was not disappointed. As a senior, living in an apartment, I needed something high enough to reach my top shelves and safe enough, despite the height. It also needed to be light weight and compact. It arrived mostly intact. I just had to put the top handle on it. All the gear was there, even a little wrench, and it was very easy to complete. Regarding safety, this is a very sturdy ladder. It’s easy to open but then it stays put. There’s rubber traction on everything - the legs, steps and even the handle grip. Also, the handle grip is high enough that you can reach it easily until you’re steady enough to let go, or ready to steps down. It’s simple to open (no stiff or hard to reach buttons). You just press the little safety clasp on the handle. I like that the clasp keeps it from opening when you’re carrying it around. It’s light weight, despite its capabilities. I consider the price a very good deal for what I got. Definitely worth the 5 star rating I gave it.

Alot better than expected. Very sturdy so far. Bought this for my wife she is shorter than me. Having that handle to grip helps as well. Got this during Prime days for a good price and so far so good!
