Our family has done a couple of long distance hiking/camping trips to Europe. When you carry everything on your back, ounces count big time. Once you've reached your destination or on a day off, it's great to have a lighter smaller pack for hitting the town or markets. This 5 ounce ZOMAKE Lightweight Hiking Backpack will excel at that.It packs down to about the size of your hand 5"X7"X1", and again its only 5 ounces.At that weight it's still very strong, I gave all the straps and seams a good tug, they'll handle a load.Once unfolded from the built-in storage pouch the pack measures about 15" tall, 12" wide and 5" deep.It is a little small compared to some day packs, but its' 14 liter capacity should be fine for day trips.There are water bottle pouches on each side,and a zippered 5"X7" pocket on the back. The large inner storage area is split into two compartments and features a double zipper opening across the full length of the top.The unpadded adjustable shoulder straps are about 2" wide and unless you're carrying a load of rocks they shouldn't dig in to your shoulders.If you are counting the ounces on your trip, this compact day pack gives good bang for the buck.

This is a cleverly designed lightweight daypack. We got this for our young grandson who hikes and camps with his family. Should be just the right size to carry snacks, water, dinosaurs, and/or action figures on his excursions. Stitching seems solid. The pouch ends up being a zippered pocket when the pack is unfolded. I was even able to fold it back into the pouch when done!

Purchased the backpack for my wife’s trip to China and she absolutely loves it. Easy to fold up and store in luggage when not needed or put in coat pocket for those days when you may find a tourist item you must have. Since I’m a hiker and have many sizes of backpacks she didn’t want any of them due to weight and size.Since the material is so light weight, would not recommend using it to hike in nature, I was concerned about durability however it has held up in tourists areas without a problem.The only issue she has is there is no place to hang something off of the pack. To remedy this she is going to sew a loop on the pack so she can hang an umbrella or other small item from the exterior of the pack for quick access.

I like the Zoemake light weight 14 L backpack - less than 130 grams, for daytrips and I can easily carry the backpack in my luggage when air traveling. The pack is made of water-resistant nylon, a tough light weight fabric which is a preferred fabric for light weight backpacks. It's durable metal zippers should provide a longer lasting usage. I found this pack to be a good buy compared to other popular name brand backpacks of comparable size and features.

Great light duty backpack for a short hike or bicycle ride. Stores your valuables safely while you concentrate on your workout. Comes in a variety of colors. Not recommended for extended use in wet weather. Made out of a tear proof nylon material with SBS stainless zippers.

WOW! ~~ It's hard to believe that this lightweight, beautiful, folded pack UNFOLDS into a backpack! This backpack is my new favorite because it has plenty of space yet and is definitely more comfortable than the old, heavy leather backpack likely hanging in your closet, buy it!

I have gotten really into carry on only travel when I fly, and that impulse to pack light has transferred over to my other travel practices. I come to really love little packable day packs like this one, that fold into a very small pouch and tuck into your luggage without taking up much room, but then unfold to be used at your destination.I got this particular pack for use at the amusement parks in Orlando. I personally lean towards black packs, but my daughter wanted something in a pretty color, and this one fit the bill.This pack is very light weight. That's good because it doesn't add to the weight you are carrying on your back, but I worry about its long term durability because the fabrics are thin. The water bottle pockets are on the small side--they are big enough to hold a compact umbrella on one side and our more slender water bottles on the other. The bag, also because of its light weight nature, doesn't have a lot of structure.Overall, it is a good bag for touring around and carrying a few necessities without weighing you down.

Great choice for a hiking trip. Very light. Big enough for essentials and comfortable to carry on the shoulders.
