Well I originally thought these headphones were great, but then after 2 weeks of my first pair, the right ear piece quit working properly. I returned them, and the customer service was fantastic. They sent me a replacement pair quickly. The new set seem to work like they should. They are great for the gym without having to worry about any wires.

The instructions are kinda confusing, Not that good of a translation but you'll be able to manage. Took a while to pair but that's it! no complains so far, I'll continue to update!Great fit btw and doesn't fall off, pretty satisfied for the price.Update: good so far, the battery lasts about 6hrs if listening to music but if on a call the battery goes fast, it may last up to 3hrs

Solo conecta un auricular (el derecho) al intentar conectar el izquierdo funciona solo por cuestión de segundos (10 o 15) y se apaga, pensé que era solo el mío, pero compré también para mí esposo y con los de él sucede lo mismo y casi no se escucha a la otra persona cuando llamas o te llaman. La verdad no me gustaron para nada. Voy a devolverlos. Pues no los puedo usar así.

Bought these for my 14 yr old son. He takes them with him everywhere! The case is very convenient and easy to keep up with. Sound quality is much better than I expected for the price as well!! Very pleased with this product. Son does have issues with pairing both at the same time sometimes, but usually after trying again it pairs right up.

They didn't fit well. Kept falling out. And the sound quality was aweful. I turned up my phone volume and everything but I couldn't hear my music well at all. Pretty soon they just quit working altogether and wouldn't even charge. I'm sad because I read such good reviews and spent a chunk of money on them.

It's too sensitive for talking, while calling they complain all the time that they hear more the noise around me than what I'm saying. That's why the 3 stars. If listening to loud music or an audiobook you hear some buzzing both sides...
