Relisf From Knee Pressure
Great Product.. Careful separating the backing from the adhesive, other than that Great product, does what it says.

Great Support, Even After Several Showers!
These are fantastic to have on hand if you’re dealing with knee pain. They’re comfortable, provide drug-free pain relief, come in all sorts of colors as well. They’re comfortable adhesive in these is AMAZING and rivals the name brand. I can wear one of these for up to four days without losing support. Best removed in the shower with warm water and some lather, the adhesive also doesn’t pull excessively or cause skin irritation or bruising (as I’ve experienced from some).

This tape does help
The concept of this tape is a great idea. The functionality was a little off as the bottom tape on the knee has no stretch. No skin irritation the value of cost was good. The ease-of-use was good. It definitely helped with the pain relief however, after the application, it did not stick very well. I’ve been using these types of tapes for a very long time, and I always wash my area with rubbing alcohol. Even using that this tape still did not stick well. I do recommend it but it’s not a long-term solution meaning three or four days, which is typically what I use with KT tape.

Works well to support the patella, but could cause an allergic reaction from the glue.
My husband has knee issues. He says they work well for knee pain, but I guess he is allergic to the glue. He has never had an issue with glue products before. They are very sticky, but there must be something in the glue that he is sensitive too. I would give 5 stars if he didn't have an angry red knee right now. I got 2 different brands that are slightly different, and both caused this issue.

Precut tape
So much easier to use the precut pieces. This product is giving enough support that I can walk without a cane and it reduces the pain.

This tape is AWESOME!!
I have a partially torn ACL and torn Medial Meniscus which had health on its own a few years ago. I tweaked it about 2 weeks ago and have been hurting ever since when I don’t wear my cumbersome brace. So, I thought I’d give kinesiology tape a try. It is amazing!! First, it not as bulky and restrictive as a brace. It stayed in place during a full 45 minute weight workout. Kinda looks cool too! Most importantly, it supported my knee so that there was not clicking, popping or instability of my knee. Notes: important to follow the enclosed directions and rub/warm the tape after applied to fully fix it to your skin. I love this and I will be buying more!!

Tape does not have good adhesive.
So far I’ve used 2 of the strips and comfort and support seem to be ok. The tape is thinner than other KT tapes I’ve used. But they don’t stick well. Neither has lasted through the night. And the tape rolling back because it caught on the sheet is an instant and painful wake up. One tape had been on for only a couple of hours.

Fantastic Knee Support with Allergic Reaction to Adhesive
I bought this for my neighbor who is having a knee replacement at the end of the month. She has barely been able to walk until she got this tape. The functionality of this tape to relieve knee pain is GREAT! The only reason why I gave it 5 stars is that the adhesive caused her to break out and she even got some water blisters, so I had to send it back. The doctor will not operate with any open wounds, so she was absolutely unable to use them. Otherwise, it was a magic fix to giving her the ability to walk with way less pain. It's worth a try if you have knee pain.

I’ve tried a lot of kinesiology tapes, but the IEADEN pre-cut knee tape is one of the most convenient and effective ones I’ve used. Since it’s pre-cut specifically for the knee, it saves so much time, no measuring or trimming needed. The zonal peel design makes it really easy to apply, and it fits perfectly around the knee for great support and stability during workouts or runs. It stays in place well, even through sweat, and gives my knee that extra reinforcement to prevent strain or discomfort. I also appreciate how breathable and skin-friendly it is, the cotton material feels soft, and it doesn’t irritate or leave any sticky residue when removed. Overall, it’s a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable tape that really helps keep me moving with confidence.

My physiotherapist used this tape on my knee after surgery and when it wouldn't stop popping out of place and this was very helpful when I needed to do my knee exercises or walk a lot. I've always wanted to be able to recreate this but you're not supposed to use the tape unless you know what you're doing. These pre cut Kinesiology tapes allow you to use it yourself. Photo 1 and 2 show the package it comes in and the instructions which come for different joints but the package is only for a specific joint so make sure you buy the right one. Photo 3 shows how the tape comes. There are 10 pcs. I used one today to test but plan to use in future for when my knee is sliding out of place and/or when I am doing a lot of movement like going to a Girl Guide camp. I especially wasn't sure if it would fit my knee as I have a LARGE knee/thigh area. It was easy to put on although I have it a little wrong. Now I know for the next time. Photo 4/5 shows it fitting mostly on my big knee. Next time I know to put parts that go on my thigh straight up a bit and THEN stretch to the side in a criss cross. Practice helps. Wearing it all day I'd say it made me more aware of my knee (not necessarily good) but it also feels more steady and hasn't slid out of place at all which is usually does. I think these will be helpful for certain circumstances.

This product didn’t work for me. I have used KT tape for years for various reasons I was intrigued by the idea of used the customized shapes instead of applying it piece by piece as you do with the strips. The problem with this tape started with the instructions. They are brief in the extreme and the drawings are not much help. There isn’t even a kneecap drawn on the leg to indicate whether the anchor piece (the horizontal part) is supposed to sit below the kneecap or slightly over it. It matters. The instructions also just say to stretch the vertical pieces and stick them down on the thigh on the opposite side. But the instructions don’t tell you how much to stretch the tape. Is it 100% eg: as far as it will go? Or should you take it back to a 50% stretch or even 25%? That also matters. What also surprised me was that there was absolutely no information provided on what kind of injury the product was useful for and whether that would then affect the application instructions. The next issue is that the tape just doesn’t stick or hold up to the friction of having clothes rub up against it. I just wore it doing chores around the house and it started peeling and catching on the inside of my track pants. I have worn other similar products that lasted 3 days of playing in a hockey tournament and didn’t come off until I peeled it off in the shower. Wish it had’ve worked for me. Good idea but just didn’t perform as expected.

I got this because I needed something simple to help keep my knee supported during daily movement. What really caught my attention is how the precut shape makes it quick to apply without fussing over measurements. The material feels gentle on the skin while still holding firmly throughout the day. Compared to similar tapes I’ve tried, this one feels less irritating and easier to remove. I recommend it for anyone looking for straightforward, comfortable knee support.

⭐⭐ Too Thin and Stretchy to Offer Real Knee Support As a dancer, I use kinesiology tape a lot, especially on my left knee, so I was really hopeful about these pre-cut strips. Unfortunately, this tape just didn’t deliver the support I expected. The material is extremely thin and overly stretchy, more like a very flexible, lightweight bandage than actual kinesiology tape, so it doesn’t provide the stability you need for knee pain or strain. The pre-cut shape is fine, but the tape itself doesn’t hold or support the joint the way kinesiology tape should. The instructions were also a bit vague, which might make it even harder for someone who isn’t already familiar with proper taping techniques. Overall, this didn’t work for me at all and offered no meaningful knee support. I wouldn’t recommend it if you actually need functional stability for sports, dance, or injury management.
