A good selection of black oxide M4 button head screws.
The selection is good, exactly as listed. The bolts/screws and their nuts thread on smooth & freely but firmly. The black oxide is satin/rough enough to give that resistance you want, but not crusty or binding. The hardware was all lightly oiled to prevent corrosion. Even the sorting box/container is pretty decent too. Sometimes it's the absolute cheapest/flimsiest box, but this one is firm, and snaps shut securely. The common metric M4 are good for a lot of hobby items, 3D printers etc. Everything includes the Allen wrench these days, but it's nice they included the 2.5mm one anyway. I counted the washers, nuts, and split-lock washers and there were 55 of each as promised. A good value for the money. I'll be getting the M3 or M5 pack from this maker/seller when I need some.

It works but not the best
Some nuts have a rougher thread. I even have one nut that doesn't have any threading at all. Tip of screws are slightly uneven too.

The screws showed rust within 1 day of being outside.

Starter kit
It's got a good amount of each screw and length, great "starter" kit but just order the ones you run out of individually in bulk as it's much cheaper - not that this isn't a good deal. I'd say it's actually a good value since there's some sizes you likely won't use
