Review: Tried Many flavors, Choco Mint and Snickerdoodles are very good - Has 28g Sugar and 440cals - Read - First off , these have a good amount of carbs -- not a good keto or low carb choice. The large cookies are 2 servings -- close to 440 cals. Not a good choice for weight loss Due to the high amount of sugar, I think this cookie probably fits post workout recovery for people trying to gain or maintain weight - I would not recommend for weight loss. May be ok for a 40:30:30 diets (28g sugar, 14g fat 16g protein) makes this a 37:41:21 As far as flavors go -- You can't go wrong with these flavors: Chocolate mint - probably the best tasting / sweetest Snickerdoodle is great too - but note a bit messy due to sugar coating Oatmeal - this one actually isn't too bad and pretty close to what I expect in oatmeal flavor, not too sweet though. Interesting try: The Chocolate donut is an interesting taste close to the double chocolate but does have a little something extra to make it taste a little closer to a donut -- but not as close as the Quest donut bar taste. The Regular chocolate chip is ok but doesn'tt have enough or large enough chocolate chips to really get the flavor right. A: The product description is probably out of date. The cookies used to feature soy protein, but have since replaced it to make the cookie soy free.

A: Each cookie is supposed to equal two servings, so probably the 15 grams refers to an entire cookie, but two servings.

First off , these have a good amount of carbs -- not a good keto or low carb choice. The large cookies are 2 servings -- close to 440 cals. Lenny & Larry's cookies have long been on my radar for their vegan attributes. The Choco-Mint flavor boasts 16g of plant-based protein per cookie, and make no mistake, each cookie is sizeable. The flavor is similar to a chocolate, chocolate chip cookie but with mint chips instead. Unlike most other vegan cookies, these are not dry wafers that require a liter of water to wash down. On the downside (if you look at it like that), they are made like traditional cookies, so they contain all the sodium and sugar carbs as bakery made products. Overall, this is a fantastic vegan product. If you are looking for more diet restriction friendly attributes, then this may not suit your needs.
