Very easy to use and has an automatic flash feature so you don't need to press the button over and over. It takes a bit more time to get the results, but for the price I would much prefer this over paying the price to get it done at a salon. When I reached out to the company with questions, they were very communicative and helped resolve my issue immediately.

I purchased this expecting to get no results, honestly just because I've heard so many iffy reviews about these, but it works unexpectedly well. I've been using this infrequently for 2ish months now and, as you can see by the picture attached, it truly does work well. This is my arm that I haven't shaved or waxed or done anything with for about a week. The hair growth you can see is around my tattoo, I get nervous to get too close as it hurts terribly when you accidentally zap it, and the upper part of my arm where I freely use the laser is still almost completely hairless. I've just started using this on my facial hair (I have PCOS with a beard so it's questionable if it will work there) and will update in a few months when I see how that's going. Overall my only real gripes are that the button sometimes just stops working. I usually unplug it for a bit and plug it back in and that gets it working again but I don't like having to stop in the middle of it just because I have to plan time and get my family to leave me alone to do this as it takes time. I also understand the reason for the 3 seconds between zaps but I do wish there was an option for less time between them. I want to do my legs too but my face and arms take 30+ minutes depending on the day so less time between zaps would definitely be helpful. My last gripe is the issues I have cleaning the window. I can't figure out how to get some of the scorching off and the instructions aren't super specific on how to clean it well so I do my best with q tips and lint free glasses rags. It would be nice if it came with the appropriate tools and instructions for cleaning the glass properly. Overall I have already suggested this to friends and family looking for something like this. I also look forward to reviewing this to my PCOS groups and am just really hoping for even a thinning of facial hair as that would be a big step in the right direction. I will definitely purchase again when it gets to that point as it's 1/3 of the price of other brands and, from the reviews I've seen out of the others, this one is the best bang for your buck.
