This hair towel is worth every cent. Sure, you can use any towel to dry your hair, but there is a huge difference with using this one, specially when you have wavy, curly or frizz prone hair, even if it's straight. I have low porosity 2C wavy-curly hair and finding my curly hair routine has been a task, specially since my hair takes ages to dry, but this is one of the things that have made a big difference in time and results. The texture is really smooth, yet it's not a "runny" type of fabric, it's smooth and on the stiffer side, it reminds me of the small towels professional swimmers use to dry themselves after getting out of the pool.Pros:1. It takes away the water without drying your hair and stressing the cuticle. This helps to keep it frizz free while drying/plopping.2. It dries very fast, so if you use it in the morning, it's dry for the next person to wear after an hour or two if hung to dry in a dry-ish environment.3. It makes diffusing or drying after plopping SO much faster than a microfiber towel, half the time.4. Keeps clean even after using it with hair products. I use a curl cream and a gel before plopping and this towel looks and feels perfectly clean even after plopping with products. I will wash it eventually, but I haven't had the need since I got it two weeks ago.5. (and this is a total perk because it's unecessary), the towel is actually cute. I have the watercolour one and it looks so much better than the green cotton tshirt that I used to wear like a turban in the morning.What could be improved (and this is for the manufacturer):1. It would be nice to have a loop for drying. Since the best way to dry this towel is on a towel rod, that I don't have to spare, it would be great to have a seamless loop, right where the closure is, to be able to hang to dry. I am using the closure loop, which is not recommended by the manufacturer, but it's the only way I've found to keep it clean and dry. I understand that stitching is avoided for the towel to do its magic, but I think a simple band of the same material, fixed like a clothing label would be enough and wouldn't be so different from what ot already has.2. I had to watch the video available on only some of the variations of the product on amazon, and then unnofficial ones on tiktok to understand how to use it. These videos could definitely be clearer and better in quality. Please upload a couple of well explained videos on how to best plop the hair depending if you're a curly or straight, as it could be tricky for many people. It takes a bit of a learning curve.I love this towel and will use it for years and years. :)

This is a great head towel. It is microfiber and has no friction with your hair. It blots the water out and gives hair a chance to absorb products. And feeding the ends back through the cord is easy and make it very secure on your head. I recommend this hair towel.

Gift for a young female relative with beautiful hair.

I was a bit unsure purchasing this considering it seems a bit pricey, but now that I've been using it for a few months, I'd be hard pressed to go back to using my old microfiber towels. This towel is super smooth and soft, a bit larger than I need, and it works tremendously at reducing frizz for this curly-haired woman. I have long, thick curly hair and I'm always in a frizz battle every time I wash my hair, so this towel cuts out alot of extra work and product for me. After my shower, I make sure my hair is still nice and wet, add my product, scrunch just once with hands then once with the towel, then wrap the towel on my head and leave it on for about a half hour or so (possibly more when I get busy), then take it off and let the rest air dry (or diffuse when I get impatient). And my hair is noticeably less frizzy than before using the towel! Magic.

This hair towel does a great job at eliminating frizz and I also appreciate that it is not bulky. I do have long thick hair though and would greatly appreciate a towel with more length considering my hair is always out the end when I am wrapping it up.
