I noticed a flaw in the chain upon arrival and decided to wear it empty just to test and make sure it’s sturdy. This was the SECOND time wearing it and there was no tugging on it, pulling, etc. I literally woke up, put it on and walked into the living room when I heard a crack and saw the necklace on the floor. It didn’t even snap from where it had a flaw, but gave way from the tiny fragile loop they chose (cost effectively, I assume) that is meant to support the weight of the entire necklace in addition to a possible sudden downward force, if necessary.Note to seller: If you’re going to manufacture a product for people to wear in memory of their loved ones (and price it at $20) at least have the respect to manufacture it properly. If you’re unable to do that, at least inspect them to ensure that priceless ashes aren’t wasted to improve your margins. This is saddening. I don’t want a return, or a replacement. You can keep my $18, but don’t expect continued support until you can manufacture a decent product. Ashes are meant to be scattered or stored/treasured, not thrown to the ground for others to walk on in the street..
