A great addition to my kitchen. Easy to use and accurate which is all you need.

Purchased for my first attempt to cook a small lamb joint in the air fryer. I wanted medium/rare and the thermometer was spot on 👍 For the money, this is super value, and it even comes with a spare cell battery in the box, which was a nice gesture. I tested its accuracy and it is within acceptable tolerance. Switches on immediately , temperature reading is instant, it’s easy to wipe clean the stainless steel probe. You can choose between centigrade or Fahrenheit with a hold button, very simple to use. The hold button will display the last recorded temperature of the food even after the thermometer is removed. To use this feature, insert the probe into the food, wait until the temperature has stabilized, press the Hold button, and remove the thermometer. The temperature will be displayed Have recommended to all my friends with air fryers.

I used it to temper chocolate. They turned out well, with a nice glossy finish, so as far as readings go I'd say the thermometer is fairly accurate. It does feel very fragile though. I'd reccomend keepingnit in the box it arrives in to avoid it getting bashed around in the drawer.

Brilliant value for money, couldn’t be without mine. Easy to use, fast response time, easy to read, great long lasting performance, only need to change the battery once a year. Water resistant, accurate & reliable.

It seems to work & be easy to use (I use it for making yogurt) however it seems to be a bit flimsy. I think I might have been have been better off paying a little bit more.
