The price was excellent and so I ordered it. This is a finer and lighter ground matzo meal than what I was used to. It worked perfectly, in fact, better than any other I used. I used it to coat fish cakes that are precooked but need to be lightly fried to give the cakes a coating and as a filler for meat loaf. The mazto meal did not take over the taste of the cakes and did not dry out the meat. I was extremely pleased with the results. My only suggestion would be to include a recipe, but of course it’s easy enough to find on line. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome Matzo Meal *by C***R on February 22, 2020* I really like this Matzo meal when making chicken & Matzo ball soup. The recipe is not on the box so I will post it here. 2 eggs mixed well with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then gently mix in 1/2 cup of Matzo meal until Matzo meal is thoroughly mixed in. Cover container and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then make small Matzoh balls and drop into boiling chicken soup one at a time. Once all the balls are floating cover and turn down heat to low. When making the balls be careful not to roll them too much. The more you roll them the tougher they’ll get.
