I suffered over the years from poor posture and back pain and had various back braces during that time. This product is not only wonderful value for money but, the design and quality are amazing! Your able to adjust the shoulder straps with ease and the waist wraps around perfectly. The mental bars on the back are a nice touch, that really help straighten your posture out. Its also conceivable enough to go out in with a jumper on top.

I need something that would help with my slouch I've developed over the years sitting and working behind a desk. I've purchased 3 different products and this one looked like it could be the one, but it was the least helpful.Pros:It's great for lower back support.Great qualityEasy to use and adjustCons:Elastic was too stretchy to get proper fitting on shoulders.Shoulder straps not strong enough to keep my shoulders from slouching.Had to stretch the straps fabric beyond what it was intended for the product, just to get it to work properly.When I was able to get my shoulders to adjust properly the elasticity didn't last.This product should have been marketed as a back brace/belly support.
