You said if I was not at fault you would refund postage. Where is my refund as I followed instructions. Review: Love the clock , shame it didn’t work - I bought this clock but couldn’t get it to set automatically so tried to do it manually by turning off the remote control setting but it wouldn’t turn off . The hand just keep spinning and shaking. The sellers were very good and replaced it with a new one free of charge so I binned the first one. Unfortunately the new one was no better but I solved the problem, I bought a new manual mechanism and fitted it to the clock. Now it not only looks really good in my hot tub area but it actually tells the time too. To sum up, great looking clock , shame it didn’t work .
