This product is by far the best supplementation I have used yet to this day. I eat a keto/carnivore diet and had tried mct oil once before and it had destroyed my stomach. I also can not handle much butter or other oils so I was a little apprehensive. I started off as suggested with 1tsp on the first day. Within half hour max I was absolutely buzzing with energy and felt more alert and alive than I had in a long long time. Coincidentally I had a lot of work on during this week and could not gwt my meals in ubtil the evening. Well NO PROBLEM with this MCT oil around! I was literally more energetic and productive than all the normies eating their neals and snacks every 3 hrs to keep themselves going. The reason I say bet supplementation I have ever used is first of all based on the almost instant sensation of that amazing feeling of energy and awakeness but I should also add, taste is a very mild coconut oil taste, super easy to take(I literally chuck a tsp full in my mouth and continue with my water or coffee), and of course the fact that it has given me no stomach issues what so ever. In fact.. may not be related but just before I started taking this I DID have some loose bowel issues but since the day I have taken this I have not had anymore loose bowels; however this may not he credited to the MCT oil ( I suspected my tummy was disagreeing with ghee so I'd stoped taking that around the same time). I also must say Ketosource looks like a great company and I may be their new biggest fan. I am following on Instagram and via the website for all the goodness. My review is purely from my own experience as a customer, iam in now way connected to the company or anyone who works for this company. So my review is completely objective and one from my own experience of taking this oil every day for 6 months. My review and personal experience!!!! I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis. I can honestly say hand on heart, since the first day of trying and taking this I have continued to take this every day and have noticed a phenomenal difference from day 1 of taking this. I have been on this C8 MCT Oil for the last 6 months. It has not only helped me to lose nearly 2 stone as part of staying in ketosis and the keto diet, but it has helped me physically and mentally. I'm following a keto lifestyle for quite some time now (about 3 years). While the diet itself was always my primary goal to achieve nutritional ketosis I was always experimenting with various supplements that would help me with transitional periods after "cheat" carb days and low physical activity periods. Anyone doing the same would recognize UK market being particularly challenging in that respect as the choice of products is very small due to demand, lack of information and regulatory obstacles. There comes Damien and his online store Ketosource Ltd. He is one of the real Keto enthusiasts out there and very meticulous in his approach to science, very approachable and helpful. His store was the first reliable source to offer the top of the range products that are made famous due to unrelenting Keto protagonists like Dominic D'Agostino or Peter Attia. It was with great expectations when he announced his own line of products under the KetoPerformance brand name. And let me just say, they live up to a hype. I've tried and tested many MCT products over the years - from generic Coconut Oil to special pure C8s, in both powder and liquid form. This product is by far the purest C8 (the most potent MCT constituent) available on the market and produced in a healthy, clean and sustainable way. Damien did his research and made sure his product exceeds the current standard of similar market offerings. It's a tasteless pure clear oily liquid, that can be easily added to any food. It was a little surprising to me, how well it is tolerated by my gastrointestinal system. I've had various issues in the past with other MCTs, but I've easily tolerated two tablespoons of the product without any side effects. That's on par with the best of MCT powders, which I frankly find amazing and bear in mind that complex MCT doesn't come close to pure C8 in terms of ketone production stimulating capability. One tablespoon easily and reliably increases my plasma Beta-Hydroxybutyrate levels by advertised 0.5 mmol/L (measured by Abbot Freestyle blood test strips) within about half an hour which is the great way how to kickstart the liver ketone production pathway. If you're looking for MCTs, look no further. Highly recommended!

Product seems ok, no side effects so far. Just that I paid extra for a glass bottle but received a plastic one. Will give a proper product review on future orders, I’ll see how this one goes.

Great product! I’ve been monitoring my ketones whilst using this product and they have always measured high.

This did not work for me the way I hoped. I followed the instructions carefully and gradually upped the dose from 5 ml to 10 ml to 15 ml, no more than once a day (to see how I coped with that), but after I got up to 15 ml once a day, I started reacting very badly to it - severe upset stomach and stomach cramps, light headedness and nearly blacking out, palpitations, and diarrhea. It also didn't do anything to stave off hunger - I had it an hour before meals, as recommended, but ended up being just as hungry as usual. It made me very jittery and anxious, so I guess this is not for me. I already follow a healthy low carb diet, so I guess I'm better off sticking to natural, whole foods rather than looking for additional dietary aids. Perhaps this works well for others, but it didn't work for me. Customer support from Olivia was excellent, though, although I never got a response from Damien regarding issues I was having with the app on my phone and the computer. The taste of the oil itself is fine, it doesn't taste like anything and I had no problems swallowing it plain.
