Elderberry capsules are very easy to swallow and great for your immune system I have been using them for many years and I was looking for a cheaper brand for a few years with the same quality as the ones I was using and these were very comparable highly recommended

I actually prefer the Elderberry Gummies to the capsules. I have a difficult time swallowing capsules. There really is no taste or flavor. They do not have any after effects. I guess really just depends on your preference.
