Versatile and Compact. Great Customer Service. Highly Recommend!
So I've had this product for about 7 months now so I feel like I have a pretty good handle on its performance. This thing is really great if you live in a small or shared space. First off it folds up so if you need to you can store it in a cabinet (what I do) so it doesn't clutter up your space. Secondly it has a handheld feature and comes with a lot of attachments so you don't need to buy multiple products. I love using it to clean my bathroom and my range. I even use it to give my reptile a nice steam bath lol and to clean her enclosure. Since it just uses water I don't have to worry about any nasty chemicals. This thing is great for cleaning tile so it works wonderfully for cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. On my particular hardwoods I mostly use it to spot mop as the people who did our floors added waaay to much polyurethane so unfortunately they require a good old fashion scrubbing with a mop and bucket (bummer). However, this does allow me to stretch it a bit with spot mopping so I'm not constantly having to play "the floor is lava" while my floors dry. One tip is if you have hard water use distilled (bottled) water or it'll leave hard water stains on your floors and probably mess up your steamer (like it would any other appliance that uses water). While I love this mop I want to be clear who and what this is for. This is not for heavy duty jobs. If you have some really heavy duty cleaning to do or need some serious sanitation (health concerns, allergens, whatever) then go for an actual steam cleaner. Way pricier but you get what you pay for. This mop is a great compact, cost effective and versatile cleaning device to make your life a little easier. Also keep in mind since this model is compact you're going to refill it more than you would a steam cleaner (one of the ones with a box on wheels and a long hose hour drag around) so if you have a huge house this may not be for you. On the plus side since it's smaller it heats up incredibly fast. Less than 30 seconds on full blast, probably about 15ish but it pretty much starts putting out steam almost immediately. It just takes a few seconds to build up if you have it on the highest setting. My home is about 1,200 square feet and I can do my whole living room and the hallway before having to refill it so it's not like you're filling it up every few minutes or anything but it's definitely not going to give you an hour of cleaning time like some of the more professional grade steamers will. Some thoughts on the attachments. I especially love the nylon scrubbers and the jet attachment for blowing debris out of hard to reach areas (like the crevices on your oven, toilet and corners). The grout scrubber is angled nicely so it's not uncomfortable while cleaning. The clothes steamer is okay. I mean it works but the item is a bit heavy and awkward for steaming clothes imo compared to ones built for that specific purpose but I love using it for cleaning soft surfaces like my sofa and chairs or even my mattress from time to time (I have a toddler). Tbh I haven't used the squeegee attachment but I really should. I live in AR and anyone from here knows you constantly have to clean your car windshield bc we have SO MANY BUGS here. Seriously, I've driven halfway across the country and didn't have to stop once to clean my windshield until I got over the Memphis/Arkansas Bridge. Anyway back to the review. The pads it comes with are okay. I wish they were more like the shark ones where they're either a bit oversized or pocket style and very textured like a bath mat or something. I feel like that style of pad gets into nooks and crannies better and simultaneously clean your baseboards when you run them along the side of the wall. The pads on this model also have trouble sticking now that we've have them for awhile. They don't come off while cleaning but I really have to press them down so I think a pocket style pad would solve that. We do have a ton of them though so So overall a really great steam mop, especially if you can get it around the $50 to $60 price point as it tends to fluctuate from $50 to about $80 from what I've seen. They also sent me quite a few extra mop pads and their customer service was absolutely incredible when I had an issue. The item comes with a 2-year warranty so if you have any trouble all you have to do is email them and they'll take care of you straight away. I think I got a response to my email either the same day or the very next day. If you're on the fence I hope this review helps you to make an informed decision.

Not like TV Magic and has some shortcomings, BUT... I did give it 5 stars
2nd Update: Replacement attachment brushes are not available. If they are, it's so complicated that I can't figure it out. Even emailed the company from their website only to have the email bounce back to me.... nice.... Still love it. I'll use the attachment brushes for as long as I can, and then I'll buy a hand held steamer, making sure I can buy replacement parts. Since I wasn't sure how I would like a steam cleaner, I wasn't planning to spend a lot of money. So I'm not dissapointed that this is what I bought. If I had known how much I'd like and and how much I'd use it, I probably would have looked into something more expensive with replaceable parts. But keeping this as a mom and buying another handheld steamer for other things will certainly meet my needs. It's really a great little cleaner. Update: Been using this thing pretty routinely for about 7 months. Still working well. The attachment brushes that I use most are wearing thin. There are definitely parts of my house-- places I couldn't figure out how to clean the first 20 years of living here-- that remain consistently clean now. For the price, still extremely happy. Original review: I'm generally pretty realistic. I wasn't expecting TV Magic, so I wasn't disappointed at all, especially for the price. Unless it breaks prematurely, I would definitely recommend it. The positives: - It's lightweight - It folds to a reasonable size that's easy to store - It's easy to use - It has a lot of attachments, which I've found useful - Not super expensive - Stands up on it's own, which apparently not all of them do????? The negatives: - The cord is short. If I were using it to clean all the floors in my house, I'd use an extension cord. I'm not using it on my wood floors because I don't trust the finish to be sealed well enough in all places. So the short cord hasn't been an issue for me simply because the spaces I'm using it in are small. - Small water "tank." Again, since not using it for all my floors, one fill is enough for my tiled areas. For other cleaning with the handheld portion, I do have to refill it. I'm typically using it around a water source, so it's not a big deal to just refill when needed. - Very loud when using the smaller attachments on full power. I suppose anything shooting a lot of steam out of a little hole would be loud. I just bought a nice pair or earplugs. The cleaning: My house was built in the 50s/60s. I moved in 20 years ago. I would love to have replaced many things in the house years ago, but life doesn't always work that way. Lots of things really show the age. So far: 1) Mopped my tile kitchen/sunroom. It did not do a great job on the grout when being used as a mop. BUT..... It did a better job on my kitchen than anything else I've ever tried in there. It's this horrible white, tile with a slightly bumpy texture and very deep grooves dividing each tile into four parts. (who puts this in a kitchen, I have no idea...... It shows every tiny drop of anything that falls on the floor. I've wanted to change these stupid floors since before we moved in but they weren't priority) The only way I've ever gotten the deep grooves clean was to get on my hands and knees, which I didn't do very often for the obvious reasons. And a pass with other mops I've tried were only mediocre at cleaning the rest of the tile. This mop cleaned my floor better and faster than any other thing I've ever tried. The white looked white. It cleaned the deep grooves, which I've always had to do on hands and knees. If something is really stuck, I need to pass over it a few times, but everything has come off. Occasionally, I need to scrap my finger in the groove to get something out. But even then, it's already really loose, just not coming up on the mop. Overall, I'm super happy with it as a mop for my very hard to clean kitchen floors. 2) It didn't clean the grout in passing as a mop. The grout looked somewhat better, but not clean. I did, however, clean the grout in part of the sunroom with the grout attachment, and it did a pretty good job. Not quite like TV Magic in all areas. There was, however, an improvement on all areas and some areas were like TV Magic. Could be happier, but still pretty darn happy. Hoping that the more I do it, the cleaner the grout will eventually get. I'll get to the kitchen grout later with hopes to get same results as I did with the sunroom grout. 3) I have this "seam" in the laminate backsplash behind my stove. It had this orangish colored smudge across the seam, which I could only conclude was ooze that they never bothered wiping away when adhering the laminate to the wall. Even though it's hidden by the stove, It's always bothered me, and I've tried multiple times over the years to remove it using various methods. I was never able to make any difference at all. This WAS like TV Magic. Came RIGHT UP, SO EASILY! MAGIC! 4) While I had the stove moved, I cleaned the floor under the stove. You know how that can get-- gross, sticky icky. Again, MAGIC! Came right up in under a minute with no real work! 5) I have an area rug that looked really good for years...... until I got a dog..... No stains or anything just looked overall dingy. It definitely looks fresher after a pass with the steamer. 6) Did not do a good job as a furniture cleaner. My sofa is gross because of aforementioned dog. It's still gross. It doesn't look like I've done anything. Might try again at some point later using a different strategy, but I've moved on to other projects at the moment. 7) Did a killer job on my shower door, which is sort of textured and frosted. Again, it looked like crap when I moved in, and I have never been able to get it to look completely clean no matter how hard I tried. One pass with the steamer and it looks as good as new. Literally. TV Magic. My only complaint is that people keep using the shower without wiping the door down and messing it up again the same day that I clean it. 8) Did a pretty good job on the metal rim of the shower door. 9) Did not to a good job on the shower in passing. Didn't clean soap scum from the tile and didn't do anything for the grout. It was like I hadn't done anything at all. 10) So I tried the grout attachment for the grout and another small attachment for the tile. It cleaned some areas of the grout very well, some areas moderately well, and other areas not so well. It did a good job of getting the soap scum off of the tile. I suppose I was just looking for a faster way than going over all the tiles with a little brush. But the little brush did work quite nicely. 11) All the little crevices on the kitchen sink. I'm pretty thorough when cleaning the kitchen sink, but some areas are just hard to get completely. There are words indented around the rim of my garbage disposal, and there was one part where I just couldn't get the gunk out well enough. Took care of it, no problem and the entire rim was shiny and polished looking. Lots of little crud around the edges of the sink and around the fixture was easily removed. I was really looking forward to this part and really hoped it would work. It did do a satisfying job. Overall, I'm quite happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Product With Great Value
This ScrubMaster is truly a game changer when it comes to your hardwood floors. My wife and I were truly amazed at how much dirt it got off our floors when we thought they were clean already. The look, maneuverability, and durability are truly a huge time savings. The steam that it produces truly sanitizes your floors. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is they do not recommend using anything in the machine but water. Having the ability to add a floor cleaner would be an additional huge time saver.

It's amazing because it's easy to use, quick drying and cleans in minutes!
easy to use and steam quality the best because you can adjust the amount you need. Don't forget carpets and runners too. Cleans and dries in seconds. I have torn rotator cuff in both shoulders that can't be operated on! I have limited motion and pain of course daily. I needed an easy way to not have to use multiple processes in cleaning about 750 square feet of hardwood flooring. With steam cleaning you don't need any other products other than distilled water. My bathroom is clean and sterilized. I use counter attachments and use them on the shower floor. It's amazing.

Great for horizontal surfaces, not so great for vertical ones.
Purchased this last week and used it for the first time this weekend. As many reviews have said, this works great on linoleum kitchen floors, and treated hardwood floors. It took four times cleaning my kitchen floor before the pad no longer came up dirty. So that sucker is finally clean! However, where it falls short for me was in trying to do vertical and overhead surfaces such as windows and shower walls. The unit draws water via a small hose with a weight on the end. This allows it to sit at the bottom of the reservoir when doing floors but when you try to use it vertically this suction line is at the top of the reservoir so once the water level drops a little it begins to suck air, so you need to place it with the tool facing down again for a few seconds to have it start producing steam again. This gets tiresome after the 15th time when trying to do grout on shower wall tiles. There are other units that have a similar design for cleaning floors but they also include a flexible hose you can attach to the unit and then place the tool on the end of that. This allows you to hold the steamer in one hand and the tool in the other while you do vertical and overhead surfaces using the tool attached to the flexible hose. So if the manufacturer is reading this, this would be a great accessory to add to future designs. Doing so would really make this a more universally useful tool. However, after doing my grout, they areas I did, did not look much cleaner. The stiff brush also does a number on the grout. I think I will need to stick with grout cleaning products. Also be warned, if you have flexible sealant around your toilet base or around your bathtub, the steam can actually begin to melt it, especially if you are using one of the brush attachments. Minor quibbles: 1. As others have reported here, the bristles on the grout tool started splaying outwards after only a single use, plan on having to replace this frequently. 2. I wish the power cord could be attached via a plug in socket near the top of the handle instead of coming out of the side of the detachable unit. This would keep the cord out of the way. The detachable unit would also have a socket you could then plug the cord in to when you want to detach it and use it as a hand held. Failing that, having a clip near the handle that you could set the cord in so it stays close the body of the unit before heading to the wall would be a nice touch. Now the cord keeps getting in my way when doing floors. Maybe I will just 3D print myself one. 3. The cord holders on the unit are a nice touch, however, I kept hitting them on door frames when doing my bathrooms. Luckily they are spring loaded so they bend out of the way, but I feel its only a matter of time before one breaks off in my clumsy hands. 4. The brushes supplied are very stiff, it would be nice to have a softer option to use on counter tops, appliances etc. Summary: Nice unit for doing floors, but problematic design flaws revealed themselves (for me) when trying to do vertical and/or overhead surfaces. Update: Sept 2024 - turned the unit on today. Green light came on, heard some faint sounds from the stream chamber ... but nothing else. Maybe used it 10 times, now its non-functional. Sent message to manufacturer but its been 1 year two months since I purchased it so past their 1 year warranty. Nice. Downgrading my score to one star until I hear back, if I hear back, from PurSteam. Update: Nov 2024 - despite calling and leaving a report on their website, I never received a reply and no reply here indicates zero customer service, just lip service. Looking at another manufacturer.

Great for floors
Out of the box, this mop is great. I loved that the mop came with lots of attachments and had high hopes to be able to greatly cut down on commercial cleansers. We have young children and a dog with a big back yard, and I always feel that a good bit of that yard gets tracked through the house on a daily basis. The good: My tile floors are cleaner than I ever saw them since we've lived in this house. I honestly thought that the grout in the bathroom was put on heavy and had stained over time, as I have used cleaner after cleaner and lots of scrubbing and the floors just never looked any different. We assumed the tile work was original to the house (1980) and was dingy, but not horrible. The plan was to eventually redo the bathroom, and I felt like the floor was clean enough with what I had been doing. Was I ever wrong! I wish I had taken some photos of the process; this steamer has made my bathroom floor look like new; I had no idea the grout was as filthy until I saw what was coming off! The brush attachments worked great for getting into the grout lines. As for hardwood, I used the mop on the lowest level of steam and am happy with the results. The floor feels cleaner when walking with bare feet. Most of our house is hardwood, and it was quick enough to go over the floors without letting too much steam soak in. The floors dried quickly and have a nice shine. I also tried the mop on our variety of area rugs, with the rug glider attachment. This worked well, the rugs feel refreshed, and I can no longer detect the smell of dog when laying on the rug. The bad: My biggest complaint with the mop itself is that the cord is pretty short. We also have a Shark upright vacuum, that I can go between the dining room and the kitchen from the same outlet, but this mop did not reach very far. I had to use 2 different outlets in the kitchen, then 2 different outlets in the dining room. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. The ugly: Okay. This may come down to user error. I was so excited about the variety of attachments, and was so impressed with the results I was seeing from the floors. I attempted to use the glass squeegee on my big picture window in the dining room. I used the lowest level of steam. The first thing I noticed was a lot of water was running down the window pane, and I thought to myself, this might not be this machine's best use. And then the window cracked. Thankfully, the crack is relatively small, and in the top corner of the window. My husband has ordered an epoxy window repair kit. The crack is only in the inside of a double pane; however, even with the repair kit, it will only be a temporary hold and at some point, the entire window pane is going to need to be replaced. My heart is sick at the thought of the expense. I have gone over reviews and do not remember coming across anyone else who had a problem with the window attachment. Like I said earlier, this may be user error, as an over enthusiastic cleaner got carried away (heh), but I am no longer comfortable with using this cleaner on any type of glass. That is a shame, as I was looking forward to being able to use this on my glass cooktop and to be able to clean my oven. No amount to trying to persuade me will convince me to use this on glass, after what has happened. In summary, I give this steam mop 3 stars, because I do feel that it is a good product for floors; however, looking at the photos in the item description, I believed that windows would be okay to clean with this machine. The user manual that came with the unit did not give specific directions or cautions about cleaning on glass, so even if what happened WAS due to user error, I don't feel like I was being rough and I could easily see this happening to someone else.

Easy to use steam mop
This steam mop is lightweight, easy to use, and cleans tile floors in an exceptional way. With a small amount of water, the mop steamed for an entire kitchen floor. I would greatly recommend.
