This is great, but I've had other B12 vitamin products that I'd say were more effective. Also, this one needs to be refrigerated (per instructions) whereas the other ones were ok at room temperature.

Energy boost felt immediate!
Usually I have a cup of coffee and an energy drink right after. However I wanted to eliminate the energy drink with out feeling a drop. I found that 1 cup of coffee and a few sprits of this product work and found myself not missing the energy drink. Also flavor is great! I might try this with L-theanine next.

Bad taste!
I am unable to use this product because it tastes like it is rancid. I have taken B 12 liquid a lot & I have never had this happen before. I don't like the taste of artificial sweetener but I could handle it if it didn't taste rancid too.

Awful After-Taste
I’m giving this 3 stars only because I am unaware of its long-term efficacy after 1 usage. This is the worst-tasting B-12 spray I’ve ever tried. It has a horrible, chemical after taste that lingers. Dr. Mercola’s is so much better. With his, all you taste is raspberry.

Worth it.
Neutral flavor. Easy to use. I’ve supplemented B12 for a while, and this is now my go to. I feel that the efficacy is better than other supplements, particularly pills.
