What size inline fuse should this use?

Regardless of the device…always size the fuse for the gauge of the wire. Usb-c says it could carry as much as 7.5 amps. So size the wire for 10amps and use a 10am fuse. If you cannot go large enough for a longer distance…then set the fuse for the max the wire (at that distance) can carry

Are these white and black (the image) or just all black?

I only found black. I checked over at west marine..they also have just black. Same with digikey

where does this get its power? 12 V or 120 V. outlet or direct wired?

12 volt power. I used this on my motorcycle and wired it into a "key on" wire.
