We are long time dehydrating people. Just look at us, we are dehydrated, no not really.We looked at a lot of machines and the price points, since we did not want to spend a lot right away due to our long hiatus from Dehydrating. The YYASHE Dehydrator had all the items we had discussed prior to looking for a machine. The Yasha fit all the points we were looking for.Size of trays, type of trays, watts of power, ease of use, and looks good in the room, timer, auto off, temperature, and dual fans.We have so far used it for Banana's, Apples, Strawberries (real tasty especially for cereal), Persimmons, and next Fruit leather and my favorite Pineapples. We have a long list to go.With the higher temperature available I am able to crisp the fruit which is great for some fruit.I should mention that the Yashee Food Dehydrator will heat as high as 165 degrees and for up to 72 hours. I cannot think of anything that would need more than that.The unit comes with several silicone sheets for fruit leather and screens for nonstick dehydrating.The photo shows the Yashe Dehydrator in action with the interior lights on and the fans working. The max temperature, and max time.This is a California JOE favorite purchase.

Healthy snacks - here I come! I've been sucking down Bahama chips, apple chips, dried pineapple, dried oranges, strawberries, lemon slices.... I have tons of tomatoes dried before they went bad....red peppers, yellow, green.... Yep. I'm Lovng this little baby. I wish it were bigger, but, instead been the best quality one I've found in a while. So, size - meh. Works great! Low noise (I keep it in my pantry for lack of counter space, but, it has a very small footprint! I keep the plastic tray in the bottom and just pull it out for easy cleaning! The real and all the shelves go right into the dishwasher. Perfect.

This unit made some good jerky. The timer was a plus. It is easy to clean and compact. For the price I paid, it was a steal

Love this dehydrator. Small footprint, classy looking, great temperature control, works well for making beef jerky and for dehydrating herbs and fruit.

This product works better than anticipated. It took only 6 hours at 130 degrees to do all 10 trays of herbs, even with the liners. Liners fit perfectly on the trays and stay in place when sliding tray into position. I can’t wait to try the fruit roll up trays.Wish Amazon would ask me for another review of this product in a year.

I want to love this machine but it doesn't last very long. Bought Nov 2024...its Sept 25 now. It won't stay on for set time anymore. I set it for 20 hours and 3 hours later it's turned off. Sometimes it will go for 5 hours...its overheat function is tripping it to turn off. But it's not overheating. Dehydrating is economical if the stupid thing would work....not if I only get 11 months use. No customer support. Troubleshooting is dismal at best. I already have tried it all. Website listed in pamphlet is not operational. Buyer beware ..... $175 is a great price for a working product, but not a boat anchor.

Easy to use. Light ans portable. Came with a helpful recipe guide. Already made 2 batches of pepper flakes and 2 batches of jerky.

Works great at dehydrating my herbs. Looking forward to trying other vegetables this summer. This is great to have instead of using stove!
