First off, Excellent customer service! Second, this mounting kit is made exceptionally well! The quality of the metal and functionality are much better than those of any other brand I have tried. The arms are held up with a built-in piston, which is made very well and can hold up my LG 45-inch monitor with ease. The assembly is very easy and works well with my wooden desk. about 1 inch thick. Pros: Well made, ease of use, easy to assemble, feels durable, and works very well with heavier monitors and smaller ones for sure! Easy Mountability! Has a long length that extends far out and has an excellent range of motion. Whatever angle you want, you can set it. Cons: Not many, takes about 20 minutes to assemble for the average person. Costs slightly more than most competitors, but worth the money!! Overall, I highly recommend this company and this product! Their customer service has been the best I have dealt with in a very long time, period. I had purchased the wrong kit for my second monitor, and they were understanding and fast at responding! I received the second product at no cost and got to keep the original! 10/10

Solid unit! This monitor arm has been thought out for the clamping technique and it shows. Other manufacturers should take note. This is the way a clamp for a monitor arm should be made and designed. The one bolt straight through the base tightens the very heavy duty clamp. No need for two bolts and thin metal like others use. Super easy to install and extremely secure. The unit I received had the tension set almost perfectly for my 32" Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 widescreen. I'm certain the Ares Wing can handle the big screens in the 40" to 50 " range without a problem! Very nice unit. Good heavy duty paint job and nice cable management. Not just a thin strap like others use to dangle your cables through. Actual plastic pieces that snap on and off the top and bottom arms for the cables. I went with white.

I like it but adjusting the arm tension did nothing for arm making it hard to move it up and down. Spinning it around is fine because it pivots about an axis but the up and down movement is hard but not impossible to move across a vertically plane. It's a strong arm, no problems for over 4 months of daily use.

I received the stand in a timely fashion. As I recall it was overnight. I had ordered one earlier too, but left them in a box for a while. I installed them in an hour or so, and put up two monitors. Monitor arm supports are easy to set up, and work beautifully. They are heavy duty, and more than up to the task. There is great freedom of movement for orienting the monitors both horizontally and vertically. I once thing is that there is cable management built into the arms. Great purchase

Used it with my 49 inch MSI monitor and works perfect! Best arm i could get! The only thing for me is that I dont look how the usb cables look since the back of my desk is facing the door and it looks a little disorganized, but this is on me.I should have bought the ones without the USB ports

I wanted something that could handle my brand-new big curved monitor. I was looking for something substantial. This bad boy is really solid. The pieces fit together snugly - I'm no manufacturing expert but there's no play in the connections. I like that very much. I could understand the instructions - the diagrams really saved me when I wanted the words to say more. I thought the diagrams were excellent. I bought this particular model because it has a channel where I can run USB cables inside; figuring how to make that work took an extra few minutes. I wish the instructions gave me more specifics about how to arrange the cables at the base of the device. All the promised parts were included, including the two different Allen wrenches. I found the assembly process to be really fun, but I like doing this kind of thing. I'm very pleased with the result!

Currently using it with a 34 inch wide screen. No issues and the extra ports come in so handy! Easily adjustable at all angles. Great monitor arm!

Installation was easy and looks nice, performs well mostly. The tilt does tend to sag over time (monitor tilts downward) regardless of how tight I torque the screw, but minor inconvenience given economical price compared to ergotron alrernative

Used it to mount LG 43un700, was perfect in therms of the requirement and build quality. Happy with the purchase.

Cannot hold its rated weight (instantly drops all the way down to the table) and the box was full of a weird odorless cream-colored powder. Avoid this product.
