Great product and delivery
This is a really nice product, my elderly father that isn’t able to walk anymore and is on the larger side said it’s really comfortable, the arms are a nice height to support him alround. He has plenty of room.The customer service was brilliant, I was quickly called to arrange a day, then on the day they let me know a 2 hour time slot, then again updated when they were half hour away.I wasn’t there so they did exactly as requested and knocked and entered and put the chair together and set it up for him.Thank you

Couldn’t ask for better service.
This chair arrived today, a day earlier than anticipated. The two delivery men brought everything into the house, assembled the chair, put it in exactly right place and position, and tested it. It took them less than 20 minutes, and they were excellent. I’ve spent most of this afternoon and this evening sitting in the chair. It is extremely comfortable and can be tailored to suit the position you want to sit or lie in. The tilt-to-stand facility is brilliant, and operation of the motors is very quiet and very smooth. It is beautifully made, with soft, supple, leather, and neat and tidy stitching. The cushioning is extremely comfortable, but be aware that when you lay this chair completely flat it takes up a lot of space.Two minor points have prevented me from giving five stars. The first one is the colour of the chair delivered does not match the colour of the chair shown in the advert. It is slightly darker. Secondly, was the delivery. I asked for the chair to be delivered on the 16th of December, but it was delivered a day earlier. It was fortunate that both my wife and I were in to arrange things, and under normal circumstances early deliveries are positive things, but had we not been here to take delivery the chair would’ve had to have gone back to the warehouse.Despite these two minor niggles, I’m very pleased with the chair.

Perfect with quality
With the leather upholstery it's a sinch to clean. Comfortable and it makes me very lazy now. I often fall asleep! It's wonderful.
