Why doesn't it say trans on the packaging?

Relates to the purity of the substance l, trans is the active part of the supplement. So some labels will mention Resveratrol and others trans but it's the same product

Is the resveratrol in this product definitely all from grape skin or is any of it at all from japanese knotweed?
