I ordered a large because it said the chest was 42-44 but ran small. I wear a 40, so I assumed I gave it enough leeway. Not even close. I couldn't even get the jacket on. I decided to return it. shipping back to China was ~$25, basically half the price of the coat, and it explicitly says there is no guarantee of a full refund. It didn't seem worth it to send it back. When we got home my girlfriend tried it on. She is 5'4" and wears a size small woman's. It fits her perfectly, which is no where close to my size. In my opinion the misleading size information and cost to return warrants a 1 star, but the quality of the coat is decent, and the customer service was actually pretty good. The seller decided to give me a partial refund of $28 without returning the coat. For them to refund me half the price of the coat (I paid $55.98) without returning the product deserves 5 stars for customer service and trying compromise. It was a lose lose for both parties, but I feel it was a pretty fair resolution. I know they expect a 5 start review, but I decided to average it and round up, so that there is still some creditability to the review and it's just like my refund, a little more than half hehe. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars As expected from something imported from China *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2015* The mannequin in the picture must be 4'9 or something because this trench coat is not very long at all. I'm only about 5'9 and the coat does not go 5 inches past my waist. The fabric is fairly thin, so this will not keep you warm on a cold day. The fit is fairly small. I'm a built guy that hits the gym often, and the shoulder/chest area is tight on a large. I'd recommend not buying this if you're a bigger chap in either weight or height as the pictures are a bit deceitful.
