This product has really helped me with my anxiety, I can now sleep better knowing my baby is safe. It’s fantastic value for money (we got this item on sale) it’s quite easy to set up and lasts up to 16 hours. It has 2 sizes of sock which is really helpful. You need a good WiFi signal for it to work as well as Bluetooth. It monitors breathing and heart rate too, it’s very accurate and also says when your child is awake, light sleeping or deep sleeping.

As a new parent for a 3 day old baby, I was excited to get this set up and ready to use. The data it was going to provide through the app looked very useful and would have definitely given a peace of mind, especially for my partner who wanted to keep an eye on our baby 24/7. The first few steps of the process were quick and simple. To paraphrase: 1. Downloaded the app. 2. Followed the on screen instructions. i. Find the local wifi network for the sock and connect it to the home wifi. ii. Once connected to the home wifi, the phone has to find the device in the network- this is where it fell apart. After retrying 2ii several times unsuccessfully, which by the way the app itself admittedly prompts ‘might require several attempts’, I have decided to reset the device and repeat the process. This was also unsuccessful. I went to search the manual, and any sources I could find online to discover that they only connect to 2.4ghz frequency and suggests to set the router to exclusively operate on 2.4ghz while setting up the sock. Eero app fortunately had this feature available, where it temporarily limits all signals to 2.4ghz for 10 minutes. It was yet another trial and error ordeal. All to no avail. At this point, after wasting over an hour straight trying, I decided to calmly pack it up, not stress out about it anymore than I have, and process a return. Maybe take up voodoo classes I don’t believe in to get back at Owlet’s engineers. At the end of the day I may have made some errors, but I can’t see where and how from retracing my steps. I can only speak from my experience and I definitely do not recommend this product. This device was just not meant to be, it seems.

People have mixed feelings about the Owlet - we've loved using ours. We had it ready for when our baby was born, the first night he was home, we didnt use it. Unfortunately, he had a stroke. He's worn it every night since, luckily, he's fine, but now it offers reassurance - I never check it now, we just pop it on, and I don't even look at the app, it's there as a failsafe. I have loved having it its given me peace of mind, and well worth the money. It's easy to use and the battery life is great. Unfortunately, they changed to a subscription model which used to get parts of the app free which is a real shame as we lost some functionality. It was super handy in the early days for sleep quality and nap planning.

A great purchase, especially for first time parents or those wanting a bit of reassurance/monitor their baby’s data. A bit difficult to set up (top tip: Google how to change your router into a 2.4G signal, it’s not difficult if you follow the instructions) but very easy to use afterwards. We have gotten a few alarms (the sensor losing contact with the baby’s skin) but never in the middle of the night whilst sleeping. The owlet feels well put together, reliable and has a great battery life. Overall a great purchase if you can afford it for peace of mind

I really can’t recommend it enough. We have used it for 8 months and it gives you so much peace of mind. I can see it using it well into toddler years specially at night. It has only given us 3 low oxygen alerts and I think 2 of them were real. It is a bit annoying when not getting the readings and I have read many people discussing that the app doesn’t follow the baby status so well. There is a lag in the app but the base is the main monitor. Children under 3 die mostly from respiratory issues, I see this monitor becoming a standard like a baby video monitor. It is another layer of protection but never use it against safe sleep practices. Keep baby cool and on their back in their own space as all guidelines say. Never use it thinking it will make up for unsafe sleep practices.

Couldn't recommended this enough, just for that extra piece of mind more than anything. This let's us track our babies sleep pattern, oxygen levels and heart rate in a simple to use app. Comes with different sock sizes too.

There is no straightforward way to connect it to wifi, the app is very slow freezing multiple times. I had to contact support or return it An UPDATE! Finally, I was able to set up it , the app is extremely buggy ! Based on the following issues, I assume the product is either faulty or, if this is the way it works, then it is absolutely useless and goes against its advertisement that says parents get better sleep. Instead, I get much, much, much less sleep because of loads of false yellow alarms coming from the base during the night.While the base and the smart sock on the baby are less than 2-3 meters apart, during the night we randomly get multiple yellow alerts regarding difficulty reading the sensor or Bluetooth (BT) connectivity issues (the range between the base and sock is very close so very strange), and then it goes back to normal again! I cannot find a way to mute these kinds of notifications from the base and mobile app during the night, which causes a lot of disruption to our sleep. I had to completely shut down the base to get sleep! It seems the sock has become useless.Can you advise what is the solution to these issues?1- Why do I randomly get a yellow warning regarding difficulty reading (it can read again shortly after 2-3 warnings)?2-Why does the BT randomly disconnect, and again I get those annoying yellow warnings during the night? A nightmare! (It comes back again shortly after 2-3 warnings)3-How can I mute the yellow warning notifications on the base or mobile app? those false alarms are very annoying.

Questo prodotto è ottimo e di semplice lettura. Senza non potremmo più stare. Dopo alcuni mesi di utilizzo possiamo sinceramente affermare che fa stare molto più tranquillo un genitore, facendolo dormire serenamente almeno le poche ore di sonno che il bimbo concede. Für uns als Eltern ist die Owlet Dream Socke eine riesige Beruhigung im Alltag. Gerade nachts gibt sie einfach ein gutes Gefühl, weil man weiß, dass die wichtigsten Werte des Babys überwacht werden. 💕 Bisher hatten wir keinen einzigen Fehlalarm. Sie hat nur einmal ausgelöst, als unser Baby sehr stark gestrampelt hat und sich die Socke dadurch etwas verschoben hat – also völlig nachvollziehbar. Ansonsten funktioniert sie zuverlässig und unauffällig. Für uns bedeutet sie einfach etwas mehr Ruhe und Sicherheit, besonders in der ersten Zeit mit Baby. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Socke und die App funktionieren super. Es wird Alarm ausgelöst, wenn der Sauerstoffwert sinkt oder wenn kein Signal vorhanden ist, zum Beispiel wenn das Baby außerhalb der Reichweite ist. Die App meldet auch, wenn sich die Socke verschiebt (das passiert nur bei starkem Strampeln). Wir können das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen.”

Produit de très bonne qualité ! Je ne vois aucun critère négatif. Il y a 2 tailles de chaussette qui permet de s'adapter au fur et à mesure que bébé grandit, de plus la matière est vraiment douce et n'irrite pas la peau de mon bébé. La batterie a une durée très performante. Les statistiques sur l'application sont très précises. L'application est intuitive, la chaussette et sa base sont simple d'utilisation. Petit et pratique on peut l'emmener partout en voyage ! C'est vraiment un outil de surveillance qui rassure. Le prix est totalement justifié par la qualité du produit.
