this product is like crystallized sugar, it really taste and looks like molasses.I will unfortunately have discard this productMolasses is the after taste that leave in your mouth and quite frankly it doesn't work, I used for 3 days before going to gym and didn't do nothing for me. Save your money.

Comes with less than 30 sticks.
On their supplement facts it says approx. 30 in the container, which made me think to count how many sticks there actually are. There were 29. And on the front it says net quantity 30 sticks. So if they short everyone 1 stick every 30 boxes they get to make a whole new box from what they have shorted everyone else. If they are willing to do that, what else are they willing to do to make more profit??? It tastes fine and that is why they got 3 stars.
