packaging and setup
I got this for my son for school / gaming. it was so well prepared with all kinds of foam and strong cardboard in and out of the case / box and came with everything the description had said. Even though its not the most recent computer hardware its super fast and smooth. the case has tons of space for future upgrading. the only thing i can gripe about is it doesn't have the top case fans but I'm fairly confident in the beast of a CPU cooler and other fans to keep temps regulated. Over all I'm extremely satisfied with this product from Thermal Take and will definitely consider purchasing more of their products.

Horrible quality Christmas ruined
Purchased for Christmas. What a horrible experience. We opened the box and the Arrived cpu fan fell right out when I opened the box. You could see the glue was completely off and dangling. Horrible Christmas for my child. Now they have nothing for Christmas thanks to the lack of care and such poorly made product.

Hi this is a honest review this is a well built great PC for BEGINNERS or even just as a streaming PC if u are far developed gamer tho your gonna understand more about PC builds are really not of these parts are really upgrades of GREAT deals the price is what ur paying for with this. Not bad. But could be better. Defo budget PC. But I will say I learned a lot with this PC as a phenomenal first choice of PC I would just suggest maybe upgrading the graphics card to a 3060 or 3080 instead of a 3050 but after all the dilly dally with this I learn to build my own which is great

The computer is descent (reliable) BUT the support service sucks. I've been enjoying the hardware side of it because they run well, the motherboard and the video card components seem well-made. I've been using it for 1.4 years with no hardware issues and I game quite a lot. A number of months after I got this computer from Amazon I wanted to do a "restore" Windows 11 OS Home that it came with in the internal drive. But it doesn't come with Windows 11 DVD disc nor USB. I contacted the Thermaltake Support that comes with this computer product. I contacted them via email asking to provide me a copy of Windows so I can restore. They would not provide anything. The person (Support team) sounded very cold and unwilling to help, as if he was telling me "That's your damn problem", by the language spoken in the email. I wanted to get an authentic copy of the Windows and the computer doesn't even come with Windows Authenticity Key sticker on the box.... Not happy.

The led software doesn’t even work, my fans don’t connect and it doesn’t stay colorful. great pc otherwise.
