The reason I purchased it was because it was a lower carb almond butter, with only 2 grams of sugar per serving. I am glad this has a little bit of cane sugar and not a fake sweetener. Cake batter flavor caught my eye and the flavor is DELICIOUS!!! The consistency is definitely runnier than your conventional AB (even after kneading), but that is to be expected as this contains NO PALM oil. So happy to support products that don’t contain palm oil. MCT oil is said to have good health properties, you can google for yourself. Also, I enjoy the runnier consistency because it works perfectly for drizzling!! I drizzle over oatmeal, apples, and coconut yogurt and I end up using very little this way! The flavor is a MUST try!!! I am actually going to be subscribing to this product to get it on a regular basis. I then opened this one and it was an oily mess, even after massaging the pouch to mix it all together. I decided to leave it in the refrigerator overnight and see if it helps. It did not. It is so runny that it runs everywhere. I filled half a spoon and it went all over the place. It tasted really good, but I can't get past the consistency.
