However, the zip broke within the first week. I won't be sending them back as that is a lot of hassle and I wear them over other things anyway, but they need to look at better zips. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice trousers for a first timer *by X***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 September 2016* Nice trousers and good quality however they are a little short on me. I bought the longest leg as I'm 6'2 but they ride up a bit on the bike which would make your ankles cold if not worn with high boots. Standing length is absolutely fine but I wouldn't recommend for taller riders unless an even longer leg becomes available.Great quality material and the pads and comfortable but reassuringly stiff. I'm a 34" in jeans and I bought the 34" which fit perfectly around the middle and thighs with probably enough room under there to wear a pair of trousers underneath if you need a quick change. I've tried it and although not amazingly comfortable it would work for a short trip if you didn't want to be wearing these around the city.Can't comment on the crash resistance or waterproofing but the quality is high for the price so I would hope that this lives up to it when the weather turns or you take a drop. A little noise when walking due to the material but in honesty you're probably not buying them for the fashion statement or to ninja around the house.Good quality trousers for the price and worth it for first time or casual riders. ### ⭐ Very small sizing.
