Excellent watch and the GPS WORKS amazing
Amazing watch I brought for my son calls are very clear and the video calls too was abit worried as the reviews wasn't great about the GPS but it tracks him almost spot on to where he is or within 10 meters of his location gives me abit of peace of mind which was the main reason for buying the watch . Very easy to set up and easy features to use with the app too the battery life is very good lasts a few days. The feel of the watch is ok not too big or small works very well very pleased and worth every penny definitely happy with it.

Lovely watch, rubbish GPS
The watch is OK, it looks nice, and it was easy to set up. However, I bought it mainly for the GPS, to see when our daughter is when she's out with her friends. Sadly, it's the GPS that is constantly letting us down. We can call our daughter, we can send messages, but when we want to locate her 8 out of 10 times we get a message that the watch is not connected to the network. When it works it's great, it shows her location very accurately. But it almost never works :( Other than that all works great.

Accurate and easy to use!
After a lot of research, we decided on purchasing the Imoo watch for our 6 year old. I wanted a watch tracker that had accurate GPS, and after a test run with it last night, I can vouch for its accuracy! My son finds it easy to use and absolutely loves that he can video call me or send me a message. You download an app on your phone to be able to call or message the watch, and the other thing I love is that you can do a family chat with others who download the app, so we can all keep in touch together! It has lots of useful features including classroom mode to stop it from being a distraction in school hours. All in all, really pleased we’ve purchased this watch and the customer service is great too.

My 10 year old grandson loves it.
Perfect present for 10 year old grandson. He’s had it for 6 months and wears it every day. Great for knowing where he is and keeping in touch with him and visa versa. His friends have them too and they can voice message each other. Really good and useful present.

Faulty watch.
Ordered the watch for my grandson for his birthday. It’s not working at all. Says SIM card is updating but then it doesn’t update. I’m outside the return date as I bought it a few weeks in advance of his birthday. Iv contacted the company as I think it must be faulty and I should be able to return it on these grounds

The watch is great!
After reading all the great reviews, we purchased this watch for my son. Which he loves and it works perfectly. However the charger all of a sudden is now making a buzzing or humming when placed on the watch. We are concerned it may cause a fire or damage the watch? I only have until the 31st of Jan to respond about possibly returning the watch. But I am hoping your team can just send me a replacement charger? Supplier has responded and fixed the issue. Must have been a faulty charger.
