However, after a few days it stopped working. On investigation found that soap was leaking from the dispenser into the battery compartment which had corroded the contacts and damaged the batteries. I put in brand new Duracell batteries and switch the soap dispenser off at night so it’s on only during the day and it still does so quickly. I can’t even return it as it was a gift that I bought early and only just started using it. Not sure if I recommend.
