Q: Do I also need little wood plugs to glue in over the screw to hide the hole? What are they called? - can't find them.

A couple of them come with the fixture kit but I haven’t used them because the pocket holes I’ve made are hidden from view. Basically they are dowels cut at a slant. Try the company website for more info.

The Kreg Blue-Kote Screws are designed for outdoor applications. The zinc coated screws are designed to only be used in interior applications.
