Best Machine and quality make
One of the top Biltong dehydrators out there. I dont like the change from the rods to the rack but thats my personal preference. The rods allows you to move the biltong around more easily. It's design is high quality and have 2 of these and 1 other make. This machine is fly proof as well as all the holes are perfectly designed to let the air circulate but not big enough for flies to get in. Black looks amazing and does not stand out as it brands in nicely. The light is a very good touch as it allows you to see and inspect biltong without having to take everything out.

Cut the meat in half
Please be aware that when purchasing its really small. You will have to halve the meat in half and space the meat due to molding , so not many pieces can fit. It's not worth the amount you pay

Great machine. My first attempt at biltong went really well. Its quiet, the temperature appeared to be accurate and it's attractive. Price point was pretty good to. I cant wait until my next batch!

So far I’m really happy!! Just wish I could afford to get one for my mom in South Africa . 😍 she would make the best biltong! It works well, The recipe is spot on! All in all great, no complaints Yet.

I have not used for Biltong yet as had bought to dry fruits and vegetables in and I am very pleased with the product. It looks very smart on the bench and I have saved in fruits in veggies as well as have on hand good supply of vitamins and minerals, protein in the dried goods as I travel. I tried out drying cooked chicken and really good, a quick protein snack on hand.
