Really a solid 4.5☆+
I'm larger at 6'4" and I like to leave reviews for bigger people to read. That's the kind of review I look for when buying. The knife is very good but imperfect like every other knife. Here are my Pros & Cons:Pros:1) Solid and feels like good quality. Steel looks and feels like D2.2) Great pocket carry size for me.3) Thumb release on sheath is firm and consistent.4) This micarta feels great, just hope it's durable long-term. 🙏5) Balance is great, exactly at the index finger location.Cons:1) Jimping is short and shallow. A sharper and more significant length would be a +.2) The hold angle feels great for whittling. When arm is extended for slashes, the angle pitches back a little more than Id like, this will possibly require training and to adjust slash travel length if you want to use this for CCW.3) A small peeve, it arrives in a cellophane bag and the blade is smudgy and dirty with very, very minor scratches/defects in the stone wash. Go black or high polished steel Kizer, your stone wash stinks.

Worth it
I was skeptical initially with the price, however the craftsmanship is spot on. The Kydex sheath has great retention. The knife came sharp. Ergonomics are good however I understand that’s hit or miss for people when it comes to knives that have a ring on them. This makes for a great every day carry tool

Great knife, just be ready to work on a new sheath.
I really like this knife for its design profile with the finger ring on the handle. The ring isn’t placed ergonomically so you can have a finger through it and hold it fully..but I submit this is real life and not an episode of Naruto so I still like the finger ring for the fact it is there for a quick draw from the sheath. The knife quality is great in both the handle and the steel used and definately worth the money. My only real critique of something I didn’t like was the sheath that it came with is almost built like it doesn’t know what it is for. The leather straps wrap around it and the snaps aren’t really strong enough to hold through force needed to pull the knife out quickly if it was looped on a belt.

Very good value. Useful blade and decent knife overall
Great steel, edge bevel and grind. Useful size(small enough to have on you but big enough for a wide range of tasks when a blade is needed).Scabbard and attachment is decent. Suitable for horizontal carrying at small of back on belt with hilt pointing in either direction.I favor kerambit type knives with the finger ring as an easy way to access, draw and deploy in either reverse/outboard or saber grips.Would like one made with either a slightly more grippy texture to the smallest or possibly fattened up a wee bit or with index points for the fingers but this is more of a thing that using regularly/practice with could make a moot point of.Also, consider offering a bit of a drop in the angle from the hilt to the blade tip....this would aid a bit in pulling/draw cuts without having to change the blade shape which I actually like a lot.Overall I like it very much

Love this Knife a lot.
It’s comes out the box super sharp. Looks great and feels great in the hand. It’s scout carry only which can be a little bulky the way it fits when wearing scout. Due to the ring on the handle. Snags on my shirt from time to time. But I’m giving it 5 stars due to the quality and look and feel. The scout carry bulkiness is just a minor gripe. Nothing to warrant less a star. Also it has a nice kydex sheath and overall a great knife for self defense or even all purpose and full tang. So you can use it outdoors also. 5 stars

This is a good knife at a good price point
This is a very nice knife. It wasn't very sharp when I got it, by my standards anyway. However, it took an edge quickly. It is 8 in out of the sheath and just a hair over 8 and 1/2 in it. Overall I would buy this knife again or as a gift. Four stars cuz nobody gets five in the first review... After I've carried it for a while I'll let you know if it's an EDC or not.I really like the sheath it's thin enough to be functional but strong enough to be sturdy. There is a discernible snap when you have properly sheathed the knife. Anyone can learn to use their thumb to push off against the top of the sheath at the same time you pull fairly quickly. A small amount of force is necessary to remove the knife. It is an entirely appropriate amount of force compared to the necessity of keeping your blade locked securely in the sheath.Other reviewers have stated to not put your finger in the ring on the end unless you are holding it in a reverse grip. I would say don't use the ring at all as it doesn't sit in a good spot and can press/leverage against your grip. That being said though, I liked the ring pressing up against the bottom of my hand. It has a good feel in my grip.I would love to see a 6-in version of this exact same setup, perhaps without the ring but rather a slightly flared butt 🤔
