I'm fond of Now supplements as they have good quality and very fair pricing. This vitamin c is no exception. You get 1,000mg per capsule and that's a good dose. Much more than that can cause stomach issues if taken at once, so this is about as much as I'd take in one serving. The caps are easy to swallow and give me a fairly high dose of C without bothering my stomach.

I’ve been on a vitamin kick and I take these every day. It’s got a massive size so the bottle literally will last you forever, taking this every day will keep you from getting sick. Will help your immune system stay strong through the cold and flu season. Pill is large but easy to swallow. I end up taking a handful of vitamins at once and this goes down easy. I didn’t notice any smell to it, works great for me I notice my health improve after taking this vitamin :)

Hi, I'm particular about my supplements and the brand(s) I choose. Firstly, I only use vitamin C in capsule form. NOW is a good brand and this Vitamin C 1,000 mg w/ 100 mg bioflavonoids is a good blend. The capsule is a bit larger, therefore I simply take it separately or with just one or two other supplements at a time. Solgar and Thorne and others are also very good as. It's a subjective choice, however, I always choose a 'better' brand because you know what you're getting and the quality of the supplement. This is ascorbic acid C which is fine with me. Unsure whether liposomal vitamin c is better or not. ( NOW does make them as well as others) The price point of NOW is also good, however, not my main reason for using them. All in all, I highly recommend them. I trust them and their ingredients. ~DM
