The Three Musketeers: 25 (Classics Illustrated)

I ordered this along with "Rob Roy" and "A Tale of 2 Cities". It may seem ridiculous to point out, but it isn't clear here on the Amazon site....These are REPRODUCTIONS...The price should be a giveaway, if they were original they would cost 5 times as much. I must add that the pictures are excellent anrd the stories are cleverly told. Aimed at older children (12-13?) back in the day, they still make interesting reading. Recomended.

I am buying Classics Illustrated issues for my grandson. This one is the same as the original and was priced well and arrived in good shape.

Good. But not value for money!

This book is a great introduction to the French Classical Writers. I purchased this book for my grandson who is 9 years old and an avid reader. He had his nose in the book from the get go. His comment: " This is really a good story."

Love these old Classics Illustrated comic books. Got me ahead of the class when I took major work English.

It is as gripping and as attention holding as the novel.
