I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and I can honestly feel the difference. My hot flushes and night sweats aren’t as bad, and I just feel a lot calmer and more like myself again. I love that they’re hormone free and made with natural ingredients – plus they’re easy to take with no side effects. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I gave them a try!

Easy to swallow small capsules in nice packaging. Really good ingredients that actually made a real difference to me. Better overall mood, improved sleep, less temperature fluctuations, and my skin was much much clearer which has always been a problem for me as have pcos. Also noticeably helped my IBS symptoms which was a bonus I am assuming as a result of the probiotics in the product. I had tried another well known brand of perimenopause supplements for a few months before this but was disappointed in the results I was getting and they were not half as effective as the Libby bido capsules. Would definitely recommend giving these a try even if other supplements have not been helpful.

Been using the other Libby products and was so pleased when they launched this one as it's perfect for me right now. I love that they put good amounts of active ingredients inside, rather than cheaper alternatives on the market. This is a really high quality product and my symptoms have significantly reduced already! Will keep taking this over time.

This is great, what I noticed is during my cycle I’m normally a full day in a crash - zero energy! I didn’t have that my energy was low but I was actually able to do stuff. I liked that good quality ingredients have been used, the capsules are easy to swallow and these are manufactured in the UK. I found my some of my peri-menopause symptoms have eased since starting this supplement. I feel less tired and my mood has improved. I have also noticed a reduction in my hot flushes. I'm hoping the longer I take these the more improvements I'll see. I would also love to see a higher CFU amount for the probiotics to help with my terrible digestive issues. I recommend others to try and see if it helps them too.

Was gifted these to try for a month. Easy to take and no nasty side effects. Nice packaging. Feel they did help with a few symptoms but would deffo need longer to determine if any true benefit. Would definitely say worth a try

All the other products on the market are filled with bulking agents, and fillers so I was really pleased to see this product launched with a decent amount of active ingredients. Finding that it's helping a lot since I started taking it. Will be buying another pack when this runs out.
