Too big for my 11 year old son. Not sized properly for young children and also not adjustable. Would probably work for teenage youth, like 15+.

I'm not a giant; my forearm circumference is about 25 cm (10 in) and it's a bit small for me. Had to stretch it a bit before using it to prevent it from cutting off the blood circulation in my arm.
