Utter cheap useless crap, avoid at all costs! After 4th time of using, the velcro straps do not stick at all, ended up in the bin. ### ⭐ Useless piece of equipment and terrible customer service! *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 January 2020* Buyer beware. No where does it mention that if you open the box and the vest doesn't fit that they will deduct 20% of its value if you return it. This was what I was told after contacting them about a return: "If the packaging on the item has been opened we may also deduct 20% from the final refund as we are unable to resell the item as brand new. If the item has not been opened then 20% will not be deducted."The only other way of knowing this is by reading the slip of paper inside the box which you can only get to, guess what, by opening the box! Luckily Amazon could see how unfair this is to a customer and refunded me immediately.
