Good quality , no hassle with it at all. Battery is good enough. Sound quality is good and clear.

Awful waste of money. To complex makes the basics impossible. You will not be able to wear a hat or a hood. They constantly cut out, the sound is good but volume low, they create an air lock in your ear so when you sweat it makes them awful. Just a terrible terrible product. Save your money and look elsewhere

Perfect gym headphones, but a little over priced for what they really are. Bass heavy and weak ANC- but they do have ANC and ear hooks which sets them apart. They fit a good niche and fulfill a specific purpose, but they aren’t redefining sound quality standards. They sound fine, but not amazing. They’re good at what they do but don’t expect miracles and you won’t be disappointed.

The headphones are of good quality, the sound is pretty, and the ANC feature works effectively; however, it could be better and louder, though...if cycling in the city, you may come across traffic and not hear much (which happens often in a city like London). The best features of the headphones are their fit, which is secure and comfortable, and the multipoint connection. Additionally, they are lightweight, and the touch control works well. I'm on the fence about the battery life, sometimes feels like it last a lot and sometimes that I have to charge it fairly often On the not-so-great, there are two things. The quality of the connection is not good; it often gets lost. On the other hand, the case is massive, which makes it very inconvenient.

Disappointing fit which entirely negates the noise cancelling. For me, the post is a little too short for my ear canal as the earloop tends to pull them out of the ear rather than hold them in place. As a result, there is no seal in the ear and the audio loses all authority even with the volume to max. Having tested a pair out for work as well as personal use, on around 50% of calls the other party complains that my voice sounds robotic and unintelligible. I am using multi-point between a phone and laptop, where the phone seems to suffer mic issues less frequently than the laptop. Oddly, calling people back often resolves the issue but its frustrating enough I can't use them reliably for Teams calls.

I have the previous generation of these buds and went to buy another set, only to discover that a newer model had been released. As the new version has wireless charging, I got these. Sound - acceptable for buds. If you want a really quality audio experience, but proper heafphones. I mainly use mine for audiobooks and wish they'd go a smidge louder in busy environments. I am a musician, these are bass light (like most buds) but sound ok across mids and highs. Fit - excellent. They don't budge and are super comfortable. Controls - new version of app is good. Old version just had pressy buttons, not the touchpieces - old version was better in that regard. Touchpiece buttons (I hate the term touch sensitive buttons - this means buttons that can tell how hard they are oressed) are fiddly but work most of the time. ANC - completely useless. I don't care, as not what I bought them for, but you'd be better paying someone to follow you round playing white noise, that will be just as effective. I literally cannot tell the difference from on and off, and I spend a great deal of time using tinnitus audio therapy and have good ears. Case - is MASSIVE, way bigger than last gen, probably due to the wireless charging, which works fine. Value - quite expensive for what they are.
