This Ultenic vacuum has really strong suction and picks up pet hair and dirt easily. The brush doesn't get tangled with hair, which saves a lot of time, and the battery lasts long enough to clean my whole house on one charge. My favorite part is the handle that bends in the middle. It makes it so simple to clean under the couch and bed without having to lean over or move heavy furniture. It is very lightweight and works great for the car and stairs too!

Super convenient and useful for cleaning hard to reach places! I'll always be a fan of cordless vacuums for house cleaning. It's lightweight and easily portable. The attachments are super helpful to get a deep clean around the house and in tight spaces. Didn't know how I would feel about the bendable part of the vacuum, but it actually is super useful!

I've had this vacuum a few days and it works well. I think it will be a good purchase, but time will tell? I would have given it five stars, but I think the battery life could be better. If you run it on Turbo you get about fifteen minutes.

Product issues: I have had nothing but issues with the company the product! Do not buy!!! it took over two months for the vacuum to arrive. The vacuum does not suck anything up if you were using the arm. It will all just fall out once you lift the vacuum up to either put it away or move to a different area. The battery will only charge up to 35%! It can then only be used for maybe five minutes. Customer service issues: the only way to get a hold of their customer service is through email. They have no phone or no online chats. So you get to wait for their response too just like you do for the product. I paid for faster shipping and it was supposed to be at my apartment within a week…it took two months for it to arrive.

Very good quality. Easy to use. Very good suction. Cleans floor in no time. Battery last long time. Not too noisy. Cool design. I was impressed how powerful it is. And same time it is cordless. Easy to clean.

I brought a this Vacume more that a week ago , it’s so light weighted, very easy to use wireless Vacume, easy to push that last for regular use , good suction power for the price too , good amount of dust for quick cleanup especially small dust , it’s light weighted and can manage for size , will not regret buying it . Even we can choose between long runtime or strong suction. move room to room easily.it hold lots of dirt empty less often , flexible to use , even it has Handy attachments for edges, furniture , cars . Nachdem mein alter Staubsauger von Anyson den Geist aufgegeben hat, habe ich mich für den Ultenic U20 entschieden und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Schon beim Auspacken fällt das optisch ansprechende Design auf; das Gerät wirkt sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und stabil. ​Im Vergleich zu meinem Vorgänger ist die Saugleistung deutlich besser. In unserem Haushalt mit zwei Katzen und einem Kind fällt täglich viel Dreck wie Katzenstreu und Krümel an – der Ultenic schluckt das alles mühelos weg. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, wie angenehm leise er dabei arbeitet. Man kann saugen, ohne dass es sofort stressig laut wird. ​Ein absolutes Highlight für mich ist die integrierte Bürste am Saugrohr. Wenn man das Gerät zum Handstaubsauger umbaut, muss man nicht erst nach Aufsätzen suchen, sondern hat alles sofort griffbereit. Die Bedienung und Regelung über das Display funktioniert intuitiv und flüssig. ​Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es bei der Wendigkeit: Er ist nicht ganz so leichtgängig wie mein altes Modell, was man bei schnellen Kurven um Möbel herum merkt. Zudem ist das Saugrohr leider nicht stufenlos verstellbar. Da ich täglich Treppen sauge oder auch mal meine Tochter mitsaugen lassen möchte, wäre ein teleskopierbares Rohr praktischer gewesen, um die Länge individuell anzupassen. ​Fazit: Wer ein saugstarkes, leises und schickes Gerät sucht, das besonders bei Tierhaaren punktet, macht hier alles richtig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top!

Franchement, ce que je retiens de l’aspirateur Ultenic U20, c’est surtout sa puissance et sa facilité d’utilisation. Il aspire vraiment bien, même les saletés incrustées ou les poils d’animaux, sans que je doive passer dix fois au même endroit. J’apprécie aussi beaucoup son côté pratique, notamment le tube pliable qui me permet d’aller facilement sous les meubles sans me casser le dos. En plus, il est léger et maniable, donc agréable à utiliser au quotidien. L’éclairage à l’avant est un vrai plus, parce que ça aide à voir la poussière qu’on ne remarque pas forcément. Et au final, je trouve qu’il offre des performances proches de modèles beaucoup plus chers, tout en restant accessible. C’est clairement un appareil efficace, moderne et pratique qui me simplifie vraiment le ménage. Et je me réjouis de recevoir la petite brosse pour un usage encore plus parfait.

The performance is great with the floor and carpets but it could be better for soffa and corners with additional accessories. The suction power could be better.

I did a little research on stick vacs, and although I did not know this brand, I looked on their website and the product reviews. Not a lot of information, however, I decided (based on other amazon customer reviews) that I would purchase. Have used it several times now and I am completely happy. The vac has good suction (I have a dog and two cats and lots of dust and sand), cleans well and the battery life is very good. (I can do my entire downstairs ceramic tile floor at least 3 times on one charge and it is quite a large area.) The green light is an added bonus - really shows up the dirt, dust and hair very well!!!

Ho acquistato l’aspirapolvere Ultenic U20 e devo dire che mi sto trovando davvero molto bene. È pratico, leggero e facile da usare, perfetto per la pulizia quotidiana della casa. La batteria ha un’ottima durata e permette di completare le pulizie senza doverla ricaricare continuamente, cosa per me fondamentale. Il rullo non si blocca ed è facile da svuotare e smontare. Il led è di grande aiuto per rilevare polvere e capelli altrimenti poco visibili con la luce diurna o il tipo di pavimento. Nel complesso è un prodotto affidabile, efficiente e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. A 3 mesi dall' acquisto, sono pienamente soddisfatto.
