Excellent product
Its very lightweight and cuts suprisingly well. Battery life is excellent so far. My yard takes about 30 minutes to cut and I still have 3 bars left of battery life when I am done. More than anything I was taken back by the light weight. It almost feels like your pushing a kids toy around. The only down side is the width off the cut when compared with a gas powered mower, but I can live with that given how easy it is to use.

Great little mower! On my second year now.
After the professional mowing company I've been using for several years raised their prices significantly during the pandemic to better cover their rising gasoline costs, I decide to revolt by buying this little battery mower and mow my average size lawn myself. This thing paid for itself in no time. This is my second year using this mower and it's been a great little machine! I'm a grandma in my 60s and I didn't want to bother with a mower that needed gasoline and oil, spark plugs, etc. or any kind of routine maintenance that I don't have a clue how to do. I was able to unpack and assemble this by myself with zero mechanical knowledge. The two batteries last about 45 minutes to and hour on a charge. I can usually get my whole yard done on a single charge, depending on how long I've let my grass get between mowings. I use the mulching feature each time. I've tried bagging it once and that worked great too. I prefer mulching though. Be sure to inspect your yard prior to mowing and pick up any pinecones or sticks longer than 12 inches before you mow, as accidently running over those with the mower will make a terrible sound and will dull your blade faster. This mower is small in size, but that's just what I need. A male relative of mine made fun of it and said it looks like a child's bubble mower, but I don't care that it's small. It gets the job done well and it's perfect for me and my average size yard. I don't mind that the mower deck is smaller than a lot mowers out there. I can maneuver this mower well and it isn't heavy to push up a sloping yard. The batteries take about 5 hours to recharge. So make sure you plan ahead and charge them well in advance so you're ready to go. This grandma says "get it."

It Does The Job
Bought this back in February for obvious reasons, Refurbished "Like New", from the Amazon Warehouse. Love the mower itself, it took about thirty minutes to set up (very unmechanical), and is easy to use. But the description said there was a double charger and two batteries included. There were no batteries. Fortunately, as a previous WORX customer, I had some I could use and the double charger really charges much quicker than the single battery chargers I had been using. I just don't like not receiving something I had expected. Just unboxed and started using the mower a couple of weeks ago. It is very light weight to push around and it does a great job as long as the batteries last, which seems to be about 20 minutes. If your yard can't get mowed in that amount of time, I would suggest getting another set of batteries to plop in when those give out. I had expected to get that "extra set" with the mower, but now I will be ordering them separately, so the bargain is looking like less of one. Overall, I've glad to have it as I am getting too old for the heavier models. It does the job.

Powerful and Light Mower
I was surprised at how sturdy this mower is. I never used a battery powered mower and had doubts about how well it would work and how long the batteries last, but I found that it worked as well as any mower I've had and the batteries weren't depleted even by the time I finished mowing. Note that this is a rather narrow mower. It is perfect for my yard. I have a steep sloping yard and wanted something light enough that I wouldn't slide downhill with it. This did a great job and was easily maneuverable. My grass was clumpy and overgrown. I set it to mulch, and it cut right through everything. I definitely recommend this if you have smaller yard.

Light weight and easy to use but wheel fell off
I bought this mower on May 1, 2025 to replace my old gas powered mower that broke down. I needed a push mower to cut the grass in small areas that I can’t reach with my riding mower. The wheel fell off 10 minutes after using it for the first time. The small metal wheel retainer cap/clip came off and was lost in the grass. I don’t know if the retainer was not installed correctly or if it is a design flaw. I pulled on the other 3 wheels and they were held firmly in place. I wrapped a piece of copper wire around the groove in the axle to keep the wheel in place temporarily so I could keep mowing. I contacted Worx Customer Service. They are sending me 4 new retainer caps at no charge. I only mowed in mulch mode. The mower worked great and the batteries lasted about 1 hour. The mower bogged down and stopped when cutting 4-5” tall grass near the end of the 1 hour. This may be due to the batteries being weak, the wheels set at the lowest height setting, and trying to mulch. I don’t think this mower is powerful enough to cut tall grass at the low height setting. The positive about this mower is that it is very light and easy to push and maneuver.

It works really well for its size. Perfect for my smaller back yard. Very easy to handle and store because of its compact size and light weight. It takes a long time for the batteries to charge, so I would recommend plugging them in the night before you plan to use it. Once fully charged, the batteries have enough life to do my front yard, back yard and side yard. I chose this particular brand because I have had the Worx weed wacker for a number of years, and it has been great and without any issues. I hope the same holds true for the lawnmower. But after using it a few times, so far, so good

I have a 20 inch mower which is harder to manoeuvre as my yard has plenty of obstacles like trees, flower beds and rose bushes. I got this 14 inch because it's smaller and in theory more agile. The good: (1) Relatively lightweight. Easy to put in shed and take out. (2) Small enough to manoeuvre really well close to trees, walls, flower beds, etc. No string trimming needed, the mower gets close enough. (3) Seems very well built. Doesn't feel cheap. (4) Cuts very well. I see no stray grass, everything is the same height after mowing. (5) Adjusts the blade speed depending on thicker or thinner grass. (6) Mulches really well. The muclhes grass is shredded very thinly. Does a good job muclhing maple tree leaves as well. The not so good: (1) On a 2000 square foot lawn, not particularly thick, batteries are done right around the time I finish. It's advertised as 5000 square feet... Hard to believe it could do that much. (2) Batteries charge very slowly. Around 3-4 hours using the supplies charger. (3) The handles can be folded for storage, but they're not the quickest. You have to unscrew 4 bolts completely. No tools needed. But it's still more complicated than just having a couple of clamps to release and relock the handles. With that said, most 13-14 inch mowers are similar. It's not like the competition does something much better. Overall, I'm satisfied. It's not perfect, but it works very well.

The greatest lawnmower of all time. I tell everyone about it 😂🤣. I’ll share a video or pic another time but I’ve never left a review before. My front and back yard are medium sized and it does both on one charge and cuts the grass real good. It weighs absolutely nothing and it’s so small and powerful you barely have to get the weed eater out to do edges. It gets that close. It’s small so it might take you 5 extra minutes to do your lawn but it looks real clean when you’re done.
