Review: Great heat distribution! - This is a great pan! There's nothing about this pan that we don't like. It has a heavy base and sits flat, the handle is lightweight and comfortable and doesn't tip. The high sides are wonderful and the inclusion of a pour spout is an added bonus. It's very non-stick and super easy to clean, and we're getting excellent browning I originally bought this pan to take camping, but after trying it out in the kitchen my wife and I have decided that we love it and we're keeping it inside. While testing it out with the little camp stove which has a very concentrated flame area, the pan distributed the heat pretty well. We got good browning On about 2/3 of the bottom surface which os pretty darn great!

This is a great pan! There's nothing about this pan that we don't like. It has a heavy base and sits flat, the handle is lightweight and comfortable and doesn't tip. This is the best pan I have used, the surface is amazing. Cooking with it is easy no food sticks and clean up is so simple. The glass lid is a game changer and I need less pans to cook. Plenty big enough for the two of us!
