Excellent and very durable
Excellent for resistance work, with a great variety of exercises possible. I have also used them for rehabilitation from injuries.The range of resistance across the bands allows me to tailor the load to each exercise and purpose. Heavier resistance to build muscle, and relatively light resistance to rehabilitate from an injury.The products have been easy to set up and use, very durable, and show no signs of wear or deterioration after approximately 6 months of use.

Nice bag. Literal gym in a bag.
As usual, the quality of the bands are top tier. The bag the set fits in is very nice and will hold this smaller set plus more if you want to.The curl bar is fantastic. The bag has its own special place to hold the bar when broken down. The bag feels sturdy, the bar definitely is sturdy.The instruction manual is one of the best this company has come out with. Lots of exercises shown along with the main muscle group it works. Also pictures with instructions improper use of the bands and anchor. Which I think people should really pay attention to who are new. I just wish it also listed the secondary muscle group they work out. That's just me being picky.Will post an update with pictures later this week. If I don't forget.The blue bag is not included in this set and only pictured for size reference.

Seems okay
The bands seem to work as expected. I’m new to resistance bands, so getting used to them has taken a little patience. If you’re used to using gym machines, you’ll probably have the same experience. A machine gives you a set range of motion, and repeatability. The band tend to have you going in weird directions. Not to mention if you’re doing upper body you’ll need to lean at a 45 degree angle to get good resistance.The bands will give you a workout. My goal was to get away from a gym membership, which happened. Just be ready to adapt to the “less defined” movement the bands provide.

These bands are the real deal.
These bands are a little expensive but when you get them you understand why. Cheaper bands are hollow in the middle. The middle of these bands are thick with additional latex or whatever material it is. Everything about them is heavy duty and should last for years. They are heavy as well. I find myself using the lighter bands mostly because they're closer to labeled weight than most bands. The 19 lb bands are tough. The only quirk about them is they're labeled in both kg and pounds. Some of the weights seem random. For example there is a 19 lb band and another one is 23 I think. But don't let that dissuade you. These are some of the best resistance bands I've used.

What an incredible exercise system! I LOVE it!
I am SO glad I invested in this particular brand of band resistance system. The entire set -carrying case, bands, handles, ankle straps, anchors, curl bar, and even the instruction booklet- is so well-made! The descriptions of the exercises are very clear and simple to follow! I'll be using this set for years.

No bands in pkg!!!!!!!!!!!!??????
This is my 3rd set of bodylastics. These were to be a gift. Bought upgraded kit witg the curl/press bar. Upon opening box to check out the bar(thank god I am nosey) the bag has 2 sets of grips/straps (one set is black olive grn. The other black/blue) and NO DAMN BANDS. And no way to get hold of bodylastics to get bands shipped!! Thats the downfall to amazon. They just return and refund when they receive back, unless shipped by amazon. For the life of me amazon should require seller to have at least a customer service email. Side note. My first set lasted 2 years with almost daily use. My 2nd set lasted about 8 months and they started popping at the base of the clips. Always kept in climate controlled garage (it is my gym) not sure why the difference in lifespan. Would not buy again, unless sold shipped by amazon or they post a customer service number or email.
