Resistance Bands, Exercise Bands, Loop Bands [Set of 5 Bands], Resistance for all Fitness Levels and needs Women and Men

I bought these bands so I could get a good workout in when I'm short on time and can't get to the gym for an hour. They are exactly what I needed I can get a full workout in at home and at work on my breaks, they easily fit in my work bag so no hassle at all. I am finding them very versatile can work all muscles at different difficulty levels, even doubling up on bands at times I need a heavier lift. Quality of the bands feels good, no issues at all.

I bought these on the advice of my physio to perform rehab exercises and they are great. I am able to do all of the moves with these bands and with the different resistance levels I will be able to build muscle back up over time. Pleased with the quality and feel of the bands. I also like that they can be stored away easily not taking up much space at all.

I have added these bands to my yoga workouts and they have been brilliant. They have challenged me and I can feel the benefit after the first few workouts, feeling much stronger in all moves now. The bands are of good quality and are very compact fitting in small pocket of gym bag.

Needed physio after an operation I had for a long term football injury, the physio told me to get the bands so I could do the strengthening exercises they had for me. They are proving to be a nice challenge and can feel them working. Bands are compact, look and feel good.
