That measurement put me between the medium and large sizing. So I contacted the company for guidance. In no time at all Katie responded with suitable and confident advice.I ordered the medium and they arrived ahead of time. I tried them on having followed the well laid out instructions for position of best benefit on the arm. I wore them for about half an hour and started to feel pins and needles in my fingers. I removed them and contacted the company to arrange a return and reorder for a larger size.With the day Katie again responded stating that the company will send out a size large and they would arrive in a few days. In addition Katie said not to return the medium size but to give them to anyone else who may benefit or to charity.This is a family run company with a fantastic customer services section which is second to none.I will gladly leave a further review once the new pair have arrived and I have tried them out.3rd May 2020I just wanted to add to my earlier review.
