Easy to Learn/Use and Comfortable on Face
At first, I was a little intimidated by this product as far as how to use it and if it would damage my skin but this comes with very well descriptive directions that helped immensely. This product is not just easy to use but has been incredibly helpful for the face in so many situations. I do love how lightweight the mask is as well. I definitely recommend giving this product a try!

Easy to use once the battery is charged!!
Red light is kind of a miracle to me. I've used it for pain & now wrinkles & collagen production. This mask is not too heavy but found it pressed on the bridge of my nose. With adjustment it was better. Also, I thought it wasn't working but then charged the battery for 1 hour & all colors worked! Really like you don't have to plug in. Only time will tell on the wrinkles!!

USB connector is the weak point
This mask fits over your face, and you put pieces in the eye area to go around your eyes and protect them from the mask light while letting you see out of it while it's on. The eye pieces were too uncomfortable, so we took those out and ended up using some other protectors we had from another product that worked better. Given that you're tethered to the little control module via usb cable, there's really nothing else you can be doing while the mask is on except lounging and letting it do its thing. The mask works reasonably well and has a number of color profiles for various skin goals, but the red light is what most people will want. The main problem we have had is that after just a few weeks of use, the USB connection into the remote module that powers it has become flaky, so just moving even a little results in a seizure-inducing blast of flickering lights of all colors. I thought maybe it was a bad USB cable, but since the mask end is molded into the mask, there's no way to replace it. But, after looking closer, I believe the issue is with the poor quality USB receptacle on the remote that the USB cable plugs into. It seems like the springloaded tines that connect with the cable leads inside the connector may have lost some of their "springiness" and are losing connection intermittently when the remote or cable is moved. Obviously this sucks. Hopefully this was just an issue with ours, but if it's a materials issue that will affect everyone after just a few weeks of use, caveat emptor.

can't beat it for the price!
At under $50, you get a red light therapy mask that comes with built in battery so you don't have to sit by an outlet. For that price this is a steal and primary usage wise the brightness, quality and number of LEDS are similar to a lot pricier red light devices. I have a few other masks that have been effective over usage of several months now and while I haven't used this consistently or over a continuous span of time I can tell the light part is very similar. It is slightly bulky and and the remote and finish quality is not as great but it is also a lot cheaper. Definitely worth getting if you are unsure if red light therapy works for you because everyone has a different response!

feel like the "man in the iron mask" when I wear this... But hopefully helps skin!
This red light therapy for face is much lower priced than some other devices. Also, if you were to go to a spa, salon, or dermatologist for this service it would be very expensive and requires multiple treatments. So this inexpensive mask is a good way to try and see if red light therapy may work before spending a lot of money. It's too early to tell if my skin has had any major improvement, but I'll continue to try this. I find this easier to wear when I'm lying down and relaxing (mindless meditation) for the 15 minutes. The mask is soft and not uncomfortable, but I do think of the "Man with the Iron Mask" movie for some reason! It comes with the necessary eye protection too and instructions, so follow the instructions.

Great price point to try out the technology
The face mask will rest on your face and depending on the light you use (red for wrinkles, white for age spots, purple for acne scars) you'll spend 10 minutes a day allowing it to restore collagen. I would suggest charging it using the USB charger, and then unplugging it so that you aren't pulling on the USB connection. I fear that's where you could see the quality of this reflecting the low price point.

No longer works
I bought this item less than 2 months ago. I didn't use it much and kept it in great condition but it no longer works. I'm so sad because I threw out the extra contents so I cannot replace or return it.
