This product changed my life. Yes it’s ridiculously expensive for what it is, but i justify the price tag with by considering the research that has gone into developing this product, and honestly the money is irrelevant when you have continual acid reflux pretty much irrespective of what you eat. I have a hiatus hernia and taking omeprazole (PPIs) was the only solution on the short term - but this isn’t treating the cause/condition only the symptoms. I’d say I noticed the effects of almost daily use (1x in the morning, 1x at night) within a couple of months; but where I’ve really noticed the difference is after around 12+ months of use. My symptoms have all but gone, even if I consume a coffee or something sweet I still don’t suffer. If I have excessive consumption of high acidic foods over consecutive days then yes I will still get heartburn but not too bad and only for a short period.

Very good, has really helped me and I use it 3 times a day if I remember. This is the 3rd one I have bought, they last about 1 yr. They are expensive so I should have taken a star off for that reason!

Cheap plastic, sharp mouthpiece that cuts gums, the research seems sound but to charge £145 for this is obscene. Will be trying to return it, obscene.

Husband questioned the price, but I had faith in it working for me! Had the device 3 weeks and it has absolutely worked for me, and has got rid of gerd after a very bad reoccurrence of it recently due to a food intolerance. Haven’t had certain medicines for a few years now and was adamant I wasn’t go to take them again. Will use this on a daily basis now. A fantastic piece of self help equipment! Thanks IQoro amazing!

Excellent Product Excellent approach by the company with guarantees

I bought this for my wife, who is suffering acid reflux. She noticed that it has been approved for use by the NHS so decided it must be ok. The price asked for what is essentially a bit of plastic seems ridiculous. However, I guess what we're paying for is research and development. If it actually does what is claimed, it will be worth it Time will tell. I'm giving three stars provisionally since I don't know what the outcome may be. I'll update after nine months or so, either by upgrading to five stars or downgrading to one. Watch this space...

Easy to use, wash under the tap often for hygiene. The bi-valve carrying case broke very quickly at the hinge a little disappointing, especially when it cost me £145. I use it often and I felt my jawline and neck area tighten.. it’s an aid for sleep apnea but unfortunately it is (not) a cure. The little plastic tool looks like the value of only10 new pence, it is hugely over-priced. It was promised as a cure, but for me it was not…
