The earbuds are really good for what it costs, the battery life is good as well, you don't need to go all the way upto 100% even on 60% volume the buds are quite loud, the battery life on the buds alone is a good 7-7.5 hours and it easily goes for 2 days with heavy usage, for Norma/light usage the buds with case would easily last upto 4-5 days. About audio quality, the buds are really good for those who want really High bass in earphones, while other vocals and treble is also good enough if you are a person who prefers a high bass these are the best in price quality and features. I'm not really a of bass, and prefer balanced audio quality since i once had a bad experience with a boats earphones which was too heavy in bass, so much that the trebel and vocals were overshadowed by the bass, but this earphones, I'd say are much better and have a good amount of bass that actually feels right and original, probably because of the 13nm drivers. While we do have a gaming mode in this the 60ms low latency is also not low enough, i mean nothing compares to wired ear buds, the game i play while using these earbuds is Genshin impact, would definitely recommend these buds for anything tho because the speakers are tuned well, well enough that videos with 8d sound effects like Dolby video's you can tell the difference. About comfort, for the first few days you may feel some pain around the ears but you get used to it eventually (i usually use over the ear headphones or earbuds that are small like oppo enco m31 thus i felt some pain for some days, but not really a big deal) About charging, the case takes around 1 and a ½ hour to get charged when fully drained and the buds take around 45mins to an hour to get charged, for the battery life it provides, i feel that's Quite good. For anyone wondering, while the case Charges the red Indicator keeps blinking and once the case is done charging it remainS still. When charging the buds if the case runs out of battery the green light will blink. I don't Know if anyone is gonna read this review, but if this does help someone, Im glad to be of help.

I am writing this review after 1 day of use and 3 weeks of keeping it aside. The seller is scamming the customers who purchase these earphones. I purchased the earphones on the 18th of October and I received the order in 3-4 days. I opened the package and paired it with my phone and played a few songs. The quality was not something I was looking for, it was sub-standard. The bass was ok. The feel and ergonomics did not feel correct. Still trying to find some positives with the earphones I tried making a few calls and checking the sound quality. The other person was not able to hear me quite well it felt I was speaking from a distance from my phone. All the callers felt the same and I too felt the same when I asked the other person to make calls using the earphones. When you have an incoming call, the earphone just pesters you with a lady's voice in a continuous loop telling "Incoming Call, Incoming Call" this goes on until you receive the call or the call disconnects, there is no way to silence it, even if you have silenced your phone. Now, I thought of returning it and here is where the scam begins. Once the product is delivered it will not be acknowledged that it has been delivered. Once the return period date has passed the product delivery is acknowledged, by this you cannot return the product. Please be thoughtful before you buy this product.

Updated review after 2months use - Battery backup gets deteriorated with time so less backup.Rest is okay okay. Old review - Reviewing after non stop usage of 1 month. Bought this earbuds brand bcoz earlier I had bought neckband from this Ptron brand which worked for 3years..After going though many earbuds brand all were same and had very high price and all had some good and bad reviews.. So as I got this product opened and wore in begining I didn't liked bcoz it didn't fit well for me and I was not comfortable and used to it..I was in mood of returning the product.. but later I changed my mood as electronic can't be returned anymore until their is defect.And this product has no effects. I started using it it and got used to it, I am using it on my one plus ce4 and also on laptop it works seamlessly has decent sound quality, ok bass although I m not heavy bass lover. Battery backup is also good, with regular wear you will get used to it and will fit nicely on ears won't be an issue trust me. I doesn't fall of form ear during workout. The product is giving me nice joy, I have not faced any problems till now. And yes it connects easily withy laptop and mobile 1 at a time. Charges fast not issue all good. at this such a low prices. othe brand giving same quality product at 1k price or more. for me it's super worth it no issue good quality, good battery backup. I had to review this product bcoz their are many reviews saying bad about this product which is not true.. some might have faced issue but not in my case. thanks just go for it at this low price range a pack of punch quality.

Damn Good from every angle and convenient in terms of battery, sound, gaming and ofc music they are more focused on the base using them for almost 4 months now they are hella convenient never had to worry about the battery both for the case or the tws (earphones) each earpiece had 8 hrs battery life🔋overall as I mentioned the mic sucks at some point it's useless expect nothing from the mic just use the earphones for sound here's a tip you can use your device's mic and the audio output can be set for the earphones watch a youtube tutorial to see it practically anyways that's basically all these earphones have to say GO BUY THEM YOU WILL LOVE IT AND DON'T EXPECT THE MIC !! btw this is additional for my gaming experience; here they are IMPRESSIVE can hear my surroundings in the virtual worlds with IMPRESSIVE depth! over-all no disappointment. But one thing I can't hear a footstep outside the virtual world because they have noise cancellation so use one earpiece at a time for balanced experience 🙃 anyways guys that's all you can consider buying them or increase your budget by another 1000 then you'll be able to find more and better buds at the mark above "2,000/rs" segment but if you are satisfied with these specs then go for it AGAIN IT'S WORTH IT! -marshal bought them for them for nearly 1,100/rs. cyaa~ QnA: 1) one step connection time? = Between 5-15 seconds for the most times

These are great earphones. Connects seamlessly and the sound quality is excellent for the price. I have reduced 2 stars only for one reason which is the weird lights on the buds. The lights don't turn off and keep blinking and they are quite bright. So if u plan to use these earphones on the go or while u r traveling or outside the house, beware....they look quite weird. The bright blinking light doesnt stop while in use and makes it look like some cheap China product. Excellent purchase if u plan to just use it at home. For outdoors, unless u want to attract attention for wrong reasons, pls avoid.

I'm extremely disappointed with these pTron earbuds. First, the quality of the product is subpar – from day one, the earbuds felt flimsy and cheaply made. Within a few weeks, issues started popping up, mainly with charging. Either the left or right earbud just refuses to charge, and it’s frustrating to constantly check which one is working. Attempting to use the warranty was equally frustrating. Half of the service centers I contacted said they no longer support pTron products, making the warranty seem pointless. Customer support was no help either, offering no clear solution. If you’re considering these earbuds, I'd advise looking elsewhere. The product and after-sales support are not worth the hassle.

Not happy with this, already exchanged it due to bad quality. Same again, battery discharge soon after full charge within a minute. Seems to be duplicate product not orginal
